Cabana Water Ice Co — Restaurant in Mount Ephraim

Soo I love this place usually but tonight I have to say I have never been so disappointed. I was so excited to bring my sister in law there tonight.. But after tonight I don't think I will even go back.. Very annoyed the young kids working tonight messed up my husbands order.. He wanted a sugar cone with cholate ice cream hard.. And I received twist.. I asked if I could change it to hard chocolate they said they can't, they could only change it to soft serve.. But due to the price difference they can't change it.. I said that's fine I will pay the difference.. She said she can't cus there isn't a "button" for that... Lol really I guess she can't count... She said it's in the register already and can't.... Her only way for my husband to get hard choc is to buy another ice cream at full price.. I'm seriously in shock never have I heard anything like this... We bought it cus that's what he wanted.. But trust me I will not be returning... The worst costumer service.. For someone else's mistake.. So disappointed.. I loved this...

Cabana is probably my second favorite place to get my water ice. The young girls who work there are polite and try to be attentive to the customers needs. I like most of their flavors and I really love their custard and different kinds of sundaes they offer. One of my favorites is the gelato. They are always very busy and rarely run out of a flavor so I definitely recommend trying the Cabana for some good flavorful waterice and a lot of great choices of sundaes and milkshakes!! You won't regret...

Fair prices lots of options and one of the best b&w milkshakes I've had in a while.

Update: Today I went back ordered the same milkshake (and other stuff totaling $14)and got a totally different disgusting milkshake made with soft serve. I told the cashier that last time it wasn't made this way and she said that I would have to buy another one.
