Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hagerstown

Called in delivery. Pizza came cold and order not complete. Pizza Hut franchise should investigate the fact that they use door dash as a third party. The issue is this Pizza Hut in Hagerstown md knowingly used a door dash delivery driver that is not the person that shows up for delivery. Pizza Hut knowingly let's door dash delivery and are aware of this. "Yes ana has her husband deliver"Whose to say who is coming to your door. Glad pizza hut assumes this responsibility. I called to complain asked for a manager. The person that answered said she was a manager. She then turned the call back to the person that took my order. He also said he was a manager. Seemed fishy. Asked the question why would a manager transfer a call to another manager. The answer I was given was the assistant manager gave the call to a shift manager because he took my call. Major issue here and hope this makes prime time. Pizza Hut employees and staff are aware that using doordash , people that show up at your door are not the names on the text you get with your Pizza is on the way. I have a complaint. Last year i had my daughters birthday party at one of your stores. They gave me a deal on the pizzas and soda. it was $5 a pizza and $.99 a drink. I called to do the same this year. They called me a liar stated they never did that for me and was very rude. They said if i don't know the store manager personally then they can not give me that kind of deal. They stated i would have to pay $9 a pizza. First off i don't like to be called a liar. 2nd off i know what i paid last year, because i was impressed with the price and service. I also think it is poor customer service to state they can only give you a discount if you know the store manager. So i am canceling my birthday party. i will be ordering pizza's from else where. This party would of been at least a $100 for you all. But due to the poor customer service i will not be ordering from...

Can I give this place a negative star rating?!? I use their dam app for the first time - so shoot me, I haven't had a smart enough phone before! LOL 😁 - and THIS Pizza Hut can't make a pizza right to save their butts!!! They say - quote - "they aren't responsible for mistakes using their app". Really?!? I'll remember THAT one!! I didn't make the mistake, as it was my first time, I was VERY careful.

ONLY manager Katie can get an order right OR get the "employees" to make anything right there! Dual Hiway Pizza Hut ROCKS - H/T to Teri Mowrey and her compatriots! But the MD Ave Pizza Hut SUCKS except when Katie takes my order. Suffice it to say the MD Ave Pizza Hut "ate" a large order and we didn't pay for it! (We would've taken it, had they shown some monetary consideration on such a large order, but they refused - see reason above. grrr)
