From the start, JR was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to explain every detail of the system, including its features, benefits, and how to use it effectively. His attention to detail ensured that everything was set up seamlessly, and he even went the extra mile to test the system to make sure it was working perfectly.
The Napco Prima system itself is fantastic. It's intuitive, reliable, and provides me with peace of mind knowing my apartment is secure. I especially appreciate the advanced technology and the ease of use- I can control everything from my phone, and the alerts are timely and clear.

Read moreBe very careful when selecting a phone system for your business its though to get other companies to work on it because of Glessner's relationships with the OEMs. Very frustrating when other suppliers/service providers can't get into a system that I bought and own because Glessner put a password protection into it and the other vendors are scared to lose their contracts if they touch my system. Buyer beware! The average buyer of business phones doesn't know this until they need service and parts and gets a very high bill for work. After the fire company ensured our home was indeed safe, they and glessner helped us to reset the alert and we were able to leave a message regarding a need for a service check. We had service in to do a check on the first business day after the incident. Super responsive and helpful.
