Okay! Turns out that my original comment was great n the food WAS GREAT, but NOW… it’s really not. I’m sorry but everything was downright terrible last night. We ordered beef lo mein and it has nothing but noodles some small amounts of tasteless beef and no broccoli or anything. The beef had a distinct flavor of being old. Soo my stomach is now hurting me. We also ordered another beef dish unfortunately and that tasted too like the beef was just boiled and it had NO TASTE. There was NO SAUCE. It’s like they FORGOT to add flavor, which was evidently the problem. They didn’t add any spices or even use any beef stock for their sauces. We had onion pancake and at least it wasn’t horrible which was really the only reason why I gave this any stars. Frankly I could make it so much better with my eyes closed. And I’m not trained in Asian cuisine. But even the egg drop soup had no flavor! It’s such an easy recipe that even I can make it taste 100% better! I just can’t believe they couldn’t get it right. Both at all had flavor!! None of it. Even with all the tons of soy sauce they sent home to me and mounds of mustard and duck sauce truly can’t fix that mess. I’m guessing their hoping that this American woman wouldn’t know good Asian food if it was served. But fact is I’m a chef. N I don’t make Asian food but any first year chef can make egg drop soup in the first week of classes. Anyway that’s a place I’m not going back to. It was $40 of food and a good healthy tip down the drain. Yelk! But on the upside the delivery was very fast n they were here shortly after the order was placed. Thanks n have a great day....
Read moreThis restaurant was SOOOO incredibly wonderful! My family took me there for my birthday and, i searched for chinese buffets and, i got this info back (NOT A BUFFET!), thank God! Its been SO unbelievably AMAZING! Its hard to put into words! The service was SOO beyond expectations and, superb!! I cannot even begin to tell you. Now, it was empty when i got there but, it was just shy of 11am when they opened on a Sat. However, the waitress is absolutely freakin AMAZING, thats no joke. She'll try her best to swindle you, or add food onto your order! Lol. (Should have been a car sales-woman). But, none the less fantastic! The hot green tea is exquisite. She made my experience just amazing. She even took our price down for the food. So, ultimately, atmosphere- wonderful, hostess/waitress attitude- fantastic/very honest/outgoing and food- absolutely perfectly made/cooked to perfection, the quickest served, etc. Took my son here as well and, it's def kid friendly. Great portions for everyone! The whole experience was more then i could have asked for. i know, i say it quite a lot but, i wouldn't if the place wasn't great! Believe me! I'm now going to be a regular for sure. I couldn't be happier to have been miss...
Read more-Pros-- fried rice okay, fast to make (prob reheated), lots of parking, easy to find. Portion size was average to area. -Cons - expensive, food is overcooked or just bad, sauces are cheap and seem to try to hide how bad the meat and veggies taste.
I give it a star because the fried rice was salvageable. I bought the Hong Kong special... Specially BAD that is. It was a combo of Beef, Shrimp and Chicken with mixed veggies and comes with white rice for $14.95 🤑plus $2.50 for changing to fried rice🤑. The sauce tasted like the Dollar Store Canned Beef stew 🤢🤢the broccoli was either over cooked or was rotting out 🤢🤢 I also got sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was VERY dry. They gave a lot of sweet and sour sauce for the order, probably to cover up how bad the chicken tasted. We split it amongst ourselves and we did NOT/Could NOT 🤚 eat the Hong Kong special. The 🐕 dog might enjoy it, hopefully none of us will get sick from it and the veggies and meat were just old...
