Today on Monday May 16th (4:00 pm) I went through the drive thru and the young lady was beyond rude and argumentative. She claimed to be the manager, but I'm pretty sure the manager is a male. I ordered a misto and it was very loose as if it had been sitting out for a while. I went back around and said that it was loose and asked for it to be fixed. The girl who answered said that she's the one that made the drink and she DEFINITELY made it right and I could come around and see the ice and custard myself and the only option was to pick a different flavor ice because the one I picked was a different consistency than all the others. She had a MAJOR attitude all from me stating my drink was loose very politely. So I asked for a manager and she said That's me. I told her that her attitude had been horrible since the first time she took my order. She did not say hello, she was very short and rude and when I thanked her she didn't say anything. She also had a scowl on her face at the window. This location really needs to stop hiring CHILDREN that do not know, nor are trained properly, how to interact with the public.
