I saw the free hot chocolate drink promotion with a grande purchase online for Saturdays and Sundays in December. My husband and my daughter got their drinks within a few minutes, however I had to wait over 30 minutes for a small cup of hot chocolate. There were tons of customers who were served prior to me and got their drinks faster. It was frustrating that the employees disregarded me whenever I asked them where my drink was and they seemed unaware and confused that starbucks was even having this sort of promotion. I asked for assistance multiple times and was told that it was on the way but no one helped me. By the time I was ready to leave, they put my drink on the counter without any apologies. Read moreI had to run on here immediately to express my frustration towards how we were just treated by staff. First, the drinks here at this location are always good. My husband wanted to add a drink at the window. I apologized because I know that’s frustrating. They asked what we wanted and then walked away while I was mid sentence. Some other person was talking to the lady taking our order in the background then said person popped up to the window waving her hand at us and half listening. The drink was made wrong. Read moreI go there at about 3x a week. Typically no issues in the morning. THIS morning however was a different story. I have a 45min commute and am a big coffee drinker. I rely on my coffee to get me in a good mood and basically wake me up. The French Vanilla latte I was given this morning did not have coffee in it. It was pretty much just warm milk! I even stirred to ensure the espresso and syrup didn't just settle in the bottom but to no avail. I finished the cup and didn't get a hint of french vanilla in it. Please make sure that you are making your customer's coffee right. That is your business and as a patron, I am so disappointed.
