#1Richard took care of us, a 'mature' age man. (co's you are not old Richard!!) The kindest patient man, unsure of what we wanted to order, he carried the smile through the entire time. told us to "enjoy!" He made the visit a Hit at that point! #2 We got our drinks, the place is really nice n clean- the atmosphere calm, everyone wore a smile, [can't recall if there was music, but music is always a great thing, especially if it makes your shoulders swing 'here n there'. (just in case you don't have music] #3 Plenty of seating, including outside, w/table n Umbrella! #4 Ahhhhh! Couldn't wait to begin eating!! Everything looked fresh, plate looked appetizing! Not messy! #5 Hubby ordered the Italiano samich with 1/2 strwbryChxCaprese salad. and Lg blubbery lavender lemonade, and I had the BLT Chx Avocado Sdw n 1/2 Strwbrypoppy chx salad (My most favorite salad ever!!!) and yum raspberry ice tea! Once we began to eat, it was "Over"! I forgot to take pics!!! Everything was So Good we couldn't bear to pause! heehee! Every bite was delish, luscious! Before we left we ordered for my 'picky' 95yr old mom in-law a 1/2 Chx Bacon Rancher samich on focaccia bread, no black pepper, we chose an apple for her- (Hubby n I LOVE the baguettes, w/coffee at home, yum!) Moms is always hard to please when we order for her. But she loved her juicy samich, had enough mayo, fresh ingredients- (there's no guarantee in 'other' restaurants, you know who they are, w/dry cheese n bread, lacking enough mayo or tartar sauce, the lettuce/tom ehh- She ate the whole thing- was even looking for the other 1/2! the very best experience!! I'm going to try to get into the rewards program!! I usually don't write bad reviews on anything, but I was disappointed today, and I only want to help so that this can hopefully improve. I ordered 2 pick-two's, both with the exact same sandwich (now I was a little complicated because I asked for the sandwich to be customized - BUT that option is available online so why not in store?) I asked for NO tomato or onion, and to ADD avacado & bacon (both of which cost extra, which I accepted). Not only was one of the meals' side wrong, but both sandwiches still had tomato and onion, AND neither of them had bacon - again, which I paid extra for (it was all correct on my receipt so the woman at the register put the order in correctly). Normally this wouldn't bother me so much, but it didn't help that I heard one of the expo employees specifically say "these 2 need avacado and bacon added" - and on top of that, the employees were complaining about having a big to go order or something to take care of while also being busy and not having enough help. As a result, once I saw the tickets start rolling in, they started rushing and throwing things in bags and on plates sloppily. I understand you can't anticipate business or to go orders, but I hate to see people rush through the details and lower the quality, especially with things that customers are...

Green goodness salad was amazing which is what I had. They gave me 2 different dressings. Price was great. 5 star experience for the salad.

The large chicken soup bowl on the other hand, was very good. But the bowl was only 1/3 to 1/4th full. My grandmother is who got the chicken noodle and she had gastric bypass surgery and normally only eats half her meal. Well she easily finished her soup and was wanting more. The soup was 2 stars due to the extreme over price, and lack of value. Don't get me wrong it was good soup she said.

The staff was reasonably nice, but there is room for improvement as we waited for the food for quite some time till I asked the gentleman behind the counter if the food on the counter was the green goodness and the chicken noodle. As there was no order number on the trays or anything to identify it was ours. While the lady at the register was very very nice and told me what my order number was.

My experience would have been 4-5 stars had the large chicken noodle soup not been shorted. In my opinion we paid for a large soup but...
