Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Haines City

I ordered a pizza at 2:27 when it hadn’t arrived after an hour I called and the lovely guy in the other end told me he didn’t know where my order was that the screen was full of orders. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was making pizza. He then said he could look my order up and stated that it was still 14 minutes away from my house, mind you my delivery time was between 25-35 minutes from the time I ordered. We are well over an hour and I sat on hold for twenty minutes waiting to speak with someone. I asked to talk to a manger again as he stated he couldn’t cancel my order. He yelled back to the manager with me still on the line stating that my order was with Ernesto and I wanted it canceled. He then was able to cancel it all of a sudden. This was the biggest hassle. I am a teacher and placed my order about a half hour before my lunch period. I am watching on the "tracker" and not seeing any progress. Finally almost an hour later I see the tracker move. Mind you my lunch time is over and my planning period is going to be over soon. I call the store and talk to the manager. He states that "he is short staffed and what is he supposed to do about it?!
