Horrible experience. Ordered a mobile order to pick up inside. Get to the counter and there is only one drink. I tell them I’m missing one drink and they proceed to tell me it’s because they are out of brown sugar. I tell them that’s fine but I still payed for my drink and need a refund or replacement..? The girl didn’t seem to understand. Finally after waiting 10 minutes they get me a replacement. I walk out to my car and go through the bag and I’m missing a food item so I walk back in the store and tell them what I'm missing. The same girl said”..did you check the bag?” I said “yes that why I came back in, if I need to I can show you my receipt.” She said then, “all the way at the bottom of the bag?” I said “again, yes that’s why I came back in if you need to look in the bag that’s fine”, “I can’t just look in your bag…” exasperated at this point I tell her what I’m missing and then takes another 10 minutes to get a popular item ready. Also was not given my free donuts on Wednesday after purchasing 2 beverages. No one even offered. 0 customer service. Read moreI understand people make mistakes. No one is perfect. But there is no excuse for bad service. I ordered a large tea with extra milk and extra sugar with my sandwich. Sandwich came out first and now I am waiting on my tea. The lady finally comes over with a cup of hot water and tea bag, still in the wrapper on top. I say, "excuse me, this is suppose to have extra milk and extra sugar" and then show her my receipt, where is states my order. She walks away and comes back with a coffee cup of milk and then points and says "here is your milk, sugar is over there" and walks away...
I always thought it was funny that they have a sign in their drive thru telling you to have your payment ready, as a way of saying "don't waste my time." But to get service (or lack of) like this?!?! What's next? Are they going to hand me a hot cup of water with a bag of beans and say "here, roast them yourself?!" Thanks, but I can do that at home for significantly cheaper.
This is the kind of service that loses brand loyalty. This DD is walking distance from my house and I will now either go 10 miles down the road to the Wawa or go to Starbucks. Maybe time to change the slogan to "America runs...

I truly want to recognize good service and HORRIBLE service whenever we encounter either.
First of all, my husband and I decided to get ice cream here and this was our very first visit to the Webb ice cream candy shop. We visited at 7:45 on 9/8/17 and 2 young men were EXTREMELY rude and had absolutely NO MANNERS!!! I made small conversation with them when we arrived about the upcoming hurricane Irma. Neither one said a thing other then chuckling to each other. We then ordered our ice cream cones and when handed the ice cream I said "Thank you" nothing said in exchange............ really????!!! Where the heck is your customer service skills. They were not nice and were not friendly and I told them this was our first time at this place and we live nearby and we will never be back with the types of attitude that we were given. HOW SAD IS THAT? Is that how these young men are trained. Believe me I will be passing on this experience to everyone I know. We are extremely disappointed in these young men acting like they are entitled and don't have to be nice...
