Prices went super high since a few years ago. I could buy enough meat for a week of burgers for what they charge for 1 decent sized....not tiny burger. This is fast food not a gournet sit down dining room restaurant, gheesh.
I went during grand opening with a coupon and employees had NO CLUE about food they were sellibg. I asked about weight of singke/smaller burgers....NO CLUE. I asked them to compare it to McD's, not sure. Then I asked how much meat was in the 1/4 pound burger...joking of course...and this young man of high school age employee seriouly said HE HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH MEAT WAS IN THE BURGERS OR ANYTHING ELSE....THEY DIDN'T TEACH THEM. Ok, your trainer should be fired. Another employee showed up and said same size as McD's single, but I checked on google by then and seemed smaller. Anyway....
Omg....how did he pass the 3rd grade!? I said Excuse me but...it says it's.a 1/4 lb so therefore it weighs A QUARTER OF A POUND OR 4 OZ. Guess what he says next?! How do you know WHICH ....if it's 1/4 lb or 4 oz?! UGHHH!!!
I stifled a laugh and said.. a 1/4 lb IS THE SAME AS 4OZ....because there are 16 oz IN A POUND, then gave him a math lesson when he looked even more confused. I kept asking if he was serious or joking, sadly, he was serious.
Then he asks if thats the same for Chicken, Lmao now....truly sad though, right!? I then explained that rule worked for EVERYTHING....a pound is a pound, but of course... it would take a greater volume of an item to weigh a pound.... if say a lighter object....like cotton balls was used....but a pound is always the same measurement for all things on Earth. He became very confused, the word Volume.. really had him lost. I thought.... silently.... THIS IS HOW RUSSIA and CHINA IS TAKING OVER AMERICA....DECADES OF POORLY EDUCATED MORONS BEING PUSHED OUT IF HIGH SCHOOL that should still be held back in grades 1 through possibly 3! Outloud I asked how he hadn't learned this in school, again, clueless. Massive havok and screaming in kitchen, orders were a mess and people on line upset and total cobfusion ....ticket machine a mess and food orders wrong or made OUT of order and hot food was cold and tables and floors and bathroom dirty. Everyone on line that visit looked and sounded upset. I had to clean my own table, unacceptable.
And my burger was cold. Gave them a 2nd chance weeks later becauae I had another coupon. Bug mistake. One female senior employee knew everything about everything there.... but no one ekse did....and still orders were a mess and people on line upset and total cobfusion ....ticket machine a mess and food orders wrong or made OUT of order and hot food was cold and tables and floors and bathroom dirty. On 11/16/2023 at about 12:20pm at the hardees on 39837 US Hwy 27 Davenport, FL 33837 United States ,My husband and I stopped in for some lunch for the first time. We are new to the area and wanted to give it a shot. The cashier Jahkiya I believe is her name was a complete doll and pleasure to deal with . And answered any questions we had. My husband asked a question regarding one of the burgers and one of the chicken sandwiches and although the cashier was answering the question just fine , the manager SERGIO unprovoked sat down on a chair at the register and inserted himself. With an attitude and very rude said “ well ones a burger and one’s a chicken you can’t compare the two “ amongst other things and proceeded to say “ are you hungry hungry ? You must be hungry hungry if you are get the monster “ “ I’m not understanding your question you can’t ask questions like that “ then it was later informed that he went to the back to proceed and say “ well the question was a stupid question “ .
Mind you , I DID NOT ASK SERGIO THE QUESTION AND THE CASHIER JAHKIYA WAS DOING HER JOB EXTREMELY WELL WITHOUT HIM.
Sergio has a disgusting attitude and customer service and management skills. He is a vial human being to even think that was acceptable. Not to mention he got our order wrong and had to send it back anyways. And did not offer any compensation after the fact for the terrible experience down to the food being wrong. I will not and should not have to deal or accept such disgusting behaviors from an establishment I chose to spend money at.
The cashier Jahkiya on the other hand was amazing , and apologized for her “manager Sergio’s poor and ill mannered behavior” she deserves recognition, and a raise and compensated for having to work under someone such as Sergio and for cleaning up HIS mess and apologizing on HIS behalf . She did not have to do that. She was the ONLY pleasant part of the visit and experience.

Read moreOk so lady at counter was new was 100% they didn't have the 2 for 4 sausage biscuits so bought 1 and a drink on my way out saw the manager and asked when they to the sausage biscuits of the 2 for 4 and he said they didn't they took it off 2 for 3 and put it on the 2 for 4 I said im not trying to get anyone in trouble but lady said you didn't have ot anymore. He went of grabbed a fresh and got one from the rack handed it to me and apologized that's how you take care of an upset customer who's being nice as he can about the mistake made. Thanks for making my morning better. Will definitely be back for my breakfast runs again
I've been going Here almost every morning for months and I know I'm going to have a good experience when Jasmine W is there she quick on the regie and always gets my order right I get the freshest food when she's there it seems like some times when she's not there I get biscuits with extra crunchy edges or even the whole biscuit is hard and crunchy. So please don't lose this employee and give her a raise and a vacation cuz she's there like everyday
Quick update this place is the best around and kentrice makes every morning a great morning when I come through she knows my order and that I'll be scanning my app no matter how the day starts these ladies making my breakfast make it so much better.
Been about 3 weeks since I was at this location and still best place to get breakfast. On top of the great food in the moenings. Jennifer, Kentrice, and Amy all remembered me I barely made it half way through saying my order at the drive through and they finished saying it for me like I'd never stopped coming you have some amazing employees at this location themornings. And who ever madras been making my breakfast for the last year deserve something extra this...
