The food was good but the service was not very good first of all, why did we have to keep reminding them to bring our food because they kept forgetting also, please tell me why the people behind us got there like 10 or 15 minutes after us and they got a pretty big meal and I got a small meal how did they get their food before us? Also please tell me why they included a tip in the payment. It was like a $10 tip not that I mind much about that but still the service was not very good. We had to keep reminding them that we needed one extra plate also, there weren't many people in the place, but please tell me why when we got there. It took them a few minutes for them to even come up to us because all the servers were in a huddle just talking and laughing really loudly and weren't really doing anything there was like one person at the cash register and then like five people just talking in the corner and laughing. The food was good overall but if you're coming with a big party or you're really hungry, I wouldn't suggest it if you're OK with waiting a little bit then I guess I recommend it Also, this isn't the first time that they include a tip in the payment this time it was like $10,last time It was not as much. I don't remember but still and I was going to give them a tip so either way I guess that kind of worked out but still don't recommend coming here if you're very hungry or you're with a big party because they may take forever like one time not that long ago I came with my aunt uncle mom and grandma which I guess was a few people, but they took really really long and it's extremely cold in there. We went in, hoping that it was gonna be warm even this time and it was cold and it was really loud mostly because of the people laughing but still definitely would recommend them trying to get better service because they need it so I definitely recommend the food, but not...

Haledon location, went there at night with girlfriend, to be fair I had a couple too many and thought I had 3 instead of 4 beers. Immediate rude reaction by waiter to which she made a scene and ran off and asked whom I assumed was the owner the situation to which he just dismissed her and said to charge me for the 3. They charge automatic gratuity because its their “policy” at night from what they told me. Fine with me I still tipped 20% making sure the total was only 20% of the order on the total payment line. Now my issue is that they charged my card for the 20% tip I left along with their automatic gratuity when the total payment line did not state the amount they charged the card. The day after I realized what they did and my mistake so planned to go in and pay for the 4th beer but also to get the difference of the extra tip they decided to charge me and was told I had to go in to receive it in a rude/dismissive manner. Went there and person in charge made a scene asking out loud how much was the refund again multiple times across the room when we had already discussed it through the phone minutes before. Only after I explained that I was there to pay back the 4th beer did she become apologetic.
