Harbor Bar — Restaurant in Half Moon Bay

The worst restaurant in the whole Bay Area! Service is so bad! We got a table immediately, but then waited for the waiter over 20 minutes, nobody even brought a glass of water, while few girls on the desck stayed laughing out loud. Finally I cought someone asking to serve us. It took me 3 times trying to explain to the waiter that I'd like to substitute potato to veggies (I'm on the low carb diet). In the result, I got tons of steamed broccoli, but ... no fresh veggies mentioned in the menu. "They gone" they said. Restroom is 3x3 feet, smells, dirty, with brocken stuff and toilet paper roll...

We love this place! We've been coming here for almost a decade, often times for breakfast or lunch. The woodstove is great during those cold, foggy coastal days and we love the hardwood bar and furniture. Great bartenders that make great drinks. Afterward, go far a walk around the harbor. The bar feels very different from the restaurant which is very family and tourist oriented. The bar has a lot of locals and regulars and is definitely for adults...
