McDonald's — Restaurant in Halifax Township

So where to begin?

We pull up to the drive through, and we're waiting for five minutes for one car. Okay, maybe a long order. I pull up, no 'hello, how can I help you' blah blah blah. Alright... Waited a minute, maybe they're busy, I've worked fast food, sure, can get pretty hectic. After the minute of waiting I just go 'uh hello?' and get greeted by a VERY RUDE 'What do you want?' I place my order and at one point the snobby cashier corrects me when I ask for a chicken sandwich with no mayo, 'Sir, we don't put mayo on our sandwiches.' of course I assume that is what she said the first time; I'm hard of hearing and she definitely mumbled, my friend confirmed this. So i, ask what she said, and more clearly 'we don't put freaking mayo on our sandwiches.' well excuse me, most places do put mayo on their chicken sandwiches. So, fifteen minutes later, FINALLY get to the window (after seeing the car that too five minutes to order only get a large soda (took them a decent time to get that even.)) And I finally see in the assumedly busy store. It's empty, one cashier joking with another, can't find the ride lady who took my order though. Five minutes waiting for them to take my card, they finally show up. Some point by this point my friend gets out and heads to the liquor store across the parking lot (they end up getting back with two bottles of whiskey before I get our food.) The cashier couldn't care less, was some lazy high school snob. At some point I remarked that I could actually get out of my car, make the sandwiches (it's been a few years but they keep instructions on how to make these things back there), get the fries, pull up my order and pay for it, and get back into my car LONG before they got me my food.

TLDR: thirty minutes in a drive through for 4 sandwiches and 2 large fries at an empty store with some rude, entitled snobs from the local HS-don't go until this place is under new management, obviously the manager...

I normally don't go to this Micky D's due to the number of flies I use to see. But today I needed something quick to eat before work and I took a chance. Boy was I wrong. Hated it. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and two hashbrowns. They gave me my food I looked in the bag saw two hash brown packages. No napkins. I had to ask for them. I drove off, once on the road I grabbed for a hash brown the package was empty and the other had a hash brown in it. Needless to say I was pissed. Now the sandwich. What garbage. The bread was so freakin hard, as hard as a rock on both sides, I kid you not. I could not even bite it as it was that hard. Needless to say I ate the sausage and the egg. If they are serving breakfast all day I think its a shame. I spent $7 dollars on what I call poor service and garbage. Step up your game Halifax. Signed, Totally disgusted and won't...

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MCDONALD'S! I ordered a 20 pc nugget, large fry, and a Steak, egg, and cheese beagal. Well, after a half an hour waiting for order the counter was softer then the top the beagal. I immediately asked for a new one. Well, that took another 30 mins. By this time the rest of my to go order was cold. My bag was taken back to get me warm nuggets and fries. The bag was returned to me with the same nuggets and now a medium fry. An hour for 3 simple items is absolutely ludicrous. Burger King will be opening soon close to this location. Rumor has it that McD wants to put in another drive thru lane!😂😂 They can't handle the one lane they have now. Let alone get the orders right! I don't favor BK at all but at least this area will have another option for this type of food. This location should be shut down and made into a business that fulfills...
