Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! We used the online services to order 2 stuffed pepperoni breads and sauce. That’s it. Not a huge order. We placed our order at 8pm on a Monday night and paid $34 for this order (we pre-tipped the driver which turned out to be a massive mistake). An hour later, we still hadn’t received our order and the tracker showed that our order was still being inspected since 8:25. We called the store multiple times, no one picked up. Around 930, after still not receiving our order or able to even speak to anyone at the store, I decided to drive to the store to find my order. Upon arrival at the store, it had two workers and no customers. I asked to speak to a manager, and a man told me he was and his name is Emmanuel. He then argued with me that the order had left the store an hour ago, at 830, and there was nothing he could do or was willing to do. It took 5 minutes of arguing for a refund that he decided he needed to call someone else. He was unable to contact the driver because he didn’t have the phone number. He continued to ignore us for 10 more minutes while he attempted to track down his own driver and talked to his “boss” who had him offer to remake our food. We did not want our order remade, we wanted a refund and expressed that multiple times. He then said “fine I’ll cancel our order” and walked away. When we asked for a receipt proving it was refunded he said he “couldn’t do that”. We spent two hours with this ordeal and hope someone reads this review before they also make the mistake of ordering from this store. It was a huge disappointment from the lack of service, miscommunication and poor management. We needed up ordering from Habit Burger that was .1 miles down the street from this location. I rarely write reviews unless the experience was extremely good or bad. In this case it was beyond bad, it was terrible! I called this location to get an order, which was placed. I gave them my credit card and got confirmation. In the middle of the transaction someone took the phone from the person taking care of me and said that “I owed them $4 more for delivery tip”. I was extremely confused with this given the fact #1 I have given them my credit card and there was no reason for me to owe anything and #2 I was never asked about delivery tip. Right after that the person tells me “you know what bro, I’ll pay for it” and ended the call without any other communication. Ten minutes later I received a call from a different number asking me for the address. After I gave the address it felt that the phone was left on the counter because I could hear arguments between the employees. I decided to end the call after 5 minutes since no one was answering me. I called a total of 10 times to both phone numbers (the one listed on the website as the official number as well as the other number) without answer. After 25 mimutes the same person that picked up the phone previously picked it up and said “sorry, your order was never processed”. I have been waiting since 12:37 am for my food to arrive my total was $22.90 after $3.50 delivery fee I was planning on giving a fair $5 tip for the drive because it’s very late out and he’s driving a fair 12 minutes to my home. This was until the driver took exactly 50 minutes to deliver my food arriving as I’m writing this review it’s highly disappointing because the only dominoes that delivers to my home is this one. The pizza box was dented and he got upset when I asked why it took him 50 minutes to deliver my food bringing up he drove “8 miles” and said “big tip” and when he saw I gave him no money he rudely asked “how much! How much! Before squeezing the box of pizza and walking away. I will go as far as I can to speak to corporate about this unacceptable behavior and considering I also deliver food for extra income I can’t imagine someone acting this way for any reason! The worst part is I have been kind and respectful to them in the past with the same issue reoccurring for the forth time now...
