Panera Bread — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Surprised by the low star rating of this Panera.

I'm a fan of the chain and the fresh ingredients they use in their dishes.

This one is located right off of a main road with lots of other eateries around. It looks to be a newer location as it's a stand-alone operation offering a drive thru and delivery services.

Inside it's well lit but cozy, with tables spread amongst booths and love seats. Makes for a great ambiance on the rainy evening we came in on.

I haven't been inside of a Panera in a while so was pleasantly surprised by the updates it has made from the flow of ordering through a kiosk system (you also still have the option of ordering at a register), to the table service they provide (versus picking up your order.) Overall, from ordering to delivery, took no more than 15 minutes - and that's including the time I took figuring out what I wanted haha!

I ordered (and customized) their Greek salad - really tasty! It was loaded with quinoa, veggies, feta, almonds, spinach, etc. I opted for the dressing on the side and didn't even use it! The flavors from the ingredients were fresh and savory. I liked that it wasn't a bed of greens with a few toppings mixed in - they used a good handful of everything and I had to actually ask for a to go container since the portion was more than enough!

I held back on ordering a smoothie but all the options looked very enticing and glad that they're also an option on the Panera menu.

Great experience and looking for my next Panera visit. Seeing all the updates makes me want to...

I only leave bad reviews when it’s deserved. I don’t normally take the time out to talk about what a bad job some people do. But today I placed an order for me and my co workers (6 ppl.). Soon pick up the staff realized the food was missing. So I waited about an additional 20 min over my allowed break time for them to remake everything. I asked someone what they could do for me since I was on break and taking extra time to wait on them, when it should have been a simple pick up. (Nothing was offered). Just a refund or the food I ordered….. I took the food since I had people waiting for it. Then I leave to find the my drink is missing. So I come back to get that. And the once I get back to my job I find out that there is a whole meal missing. (Someone didn’t get to eat) which was my main concern. Anyways I go back to the store after I’m don’t work and making brief call to Rick. He Tells me there’s is nothing he can do because he wasn’t the manager during the time of the incident. Tells me to wait for a phone call tomorrow. Anyways making a simple sandwich and soups would have easily take care of the problem but to no solution I leave this review. Y’all can keep the sandwich no need to call. It’s just the attitude for me, they also said my story changes every time I reach out, and subtly suggests I maybe lying or making up the story. I personally don’t have the imagination or the time. But says a lot about your business. Go to the one in the market place...

Worse expirience I order my food in the drive thru person who took my order heard and understood exactly what I order. But as I go to the next window to pay a lady just hands me two bags y gave me the amount with out confirming what I ordered. I felt like they over charge me so I check what’s in the bag I let the lady know that they gave the wrong order and she gives me a very nasty attitude and tells so tell me what you order them I let her know and she closed the window very hard and I can listen how she is going off because she couldn’t fix what she charge in my card. Like 5 minutes later she opens the window and ask me again what did you order and I repeat my self she walked away and grabbed a gentleman to help her. When he was there she ask me again what did I order so this time I told her I didn’t Iike the Attitude she was giving me, and she tells me lady I’m not giving you and attitude and calming explain to her the way she spoke to and just gave a dirty look laugh and mumbling some words walk away without giving me my food. And the gentleman had to give me my food and told me the order was going to be void check my bank account and they over charge me so very very disappointing with that panera. They should consider who they had interacting with there clients very very rude. Don’t go the if you want to be treated nice or get over charge or charge for something you didn’t even get BECAUSE I RETURNED THE FOOD THAT I...
