Moe’s *used to be* one of my favorite “fast-food” places… But lately, it’s just progressively getting worse. I don’t know if it’s the pandemic, or new owners, or what… But the prices are ridiculous, and the skimping is just sad. Tonight, my husband and I ordered Moe’s via the app. He got a stack, and I got a bowl, along with the “drink and a side” add-ons. All in all, before taxes it was $40. Add in tax and a 15% tip, we’re talking $50. This is what I got. I typically eat the bowls with chips (thinking dipping/scooping). This is the amount of chips we got TOTAL. Even when I go inside and order instead of using the app, it’s always extra $$$ to get a decent amount of chips. If I’m paying $40 dollars for food, I really don’t want to be nickel-and-dimed over chips that cost you next to nothing (and I could keep getting if I chose to dine-in, without an extra charge). Do better, Moe’s.

It was an okay experience. We went around noon, it was semi busy. I went on a Tuesday where Kids Eat Free. I had to call and see about specials. Their Facebook and no where on main website tells you days of the week specials, which is bad marketing. I ordered their version of a "crunch wrap" and it was okay. Very large portion for one person, totally shared it with my daughter. My son got a hard taco. Which was generously filled. The issue was with their soda machine. It wasn't working. Which caused a backup in everyone to have to wait for their drinks. Everyone was polite in waiting but the staff seemed annoyed and not really "helpful" I can't say I would rush back to spend my money here.

The employees were polite. The food for me was disappointing. The steak was chewy and had a just a overall weird texture. The amount of rice given was also disappointing considering I wasn’t eating the steak. I had bought 2 bowls and a burrito all 3 were made into meals so chips and a drink added for about $4 more. I also added another side of chips and guacamole for a extra 4.99 and they put all 4 ordered of chips in one brown bag which made it a little difficult to divi up. All together I spent $62 here. I’m not likely to recommend or be returning

This location is infuriating! Typically always understaffed resulting in long lines and a painfully slow ordering experience. We decided never to order in person but to order online. Unfortunately, tonight I went there in person to place my order. It was 8:30 pm so I figured it can't be busy. It wasn't busy but they were understaffed. I did not get a "Welcome to Moes" shout out. The food prep station was a mess - really disgusting looking. I think the 1985 Bears defense went through there and took some liberties. So, again, it was not busy. But it seemed to be taking a while. It looked like a family of 3 had placed their orders but were in no man's land waiting for something (not sure what?). A discussion ensued about their order. Seemed to be a communication issue. They seemed to be moving along. Only 1 women in front of me, who placed her order reasonably fast and was being taken care of by the lone person at the station. A new food server moved into to take my order. "Wow", I thought to myself, "maybe I will get out of here reasonably quickly". "Nachos w/ ground beef, please" I said. She called out for someone else to get the nachos - no answer. She looked exasperated. She figured it would be best if she just got them herself. She returned to the station with the plate of nachos and asked:"What kind of meat did you want?" Ground beef, please", I replied. I was trying to be understanding - she was just a kid and looked like she had a hard shift. She went to scoop up the ground beef - a no go. She needed to get more. Another exasperated look. She went to the food case in front of the double doors leading to the back kitchen and leaned down but came up empty. Another exasperated look. No go on the ground beef at that station. She then disappeared to the kitchen........3 minutes......4 minutes.......Now I was getting exasperated. I was thinking to myself, "I never should have gone in person to place the order!" So I decided to leave and stop the madness. The couple behind me also took my cue and left as well. But then I figured I should tell the young exasperated Moes employee my issues. So when I returned to the counter she had also returned and was looking for me. I told her to cancel my order since it had taken so long and that I was not too pleased with the looks of the food station. She took it well. I imagine I was not the first customer to ever complain to her. Not sure why this location has staffing issues, long lines and poor customer service. Would point the blame at Management. Most of the employees are young and nice enough who are just trying their best to make a few bucks for spending money. So Moes management at Hamilton Route 33 here's my sage advice: Schedule more employees per shift! May cost a bit more each night but your customers would be happier. I suspect your employees would as well. Never returning unless my order is placed in advance online. Food at Moes is good but with the long lines and slow service you are better off going to the taco chain up the street where your order is served in 1 minute by a friendly eager young person who has not been beaten down by the cruel world. ...

One midweek afternoon myself and my housemate found ourselves home at the same time with nothing to do so we decided to go grab so Mexican food even though I'm not a huge fan. Really just going for something to do, definitely not the food. So we got in the truck and off we went.

We arrived around 2:45PM so there were only stragglers there at that time of day. Upon entering we were immediately struck by the somewhat loud, very cool music they were playing. I'm 56 years old and they were playing absolutely the best music I have EVER heard in a place like this. I would describe it as baby boomers Classic Rock. The staff were slightly older, like 30ish, not 16, and the collective taste in music was awesome! So my first impression was phenomenal!! I simply couldn't believe the songs, one great one after another in a semi fast food restaurant.

Next, I grab a tray and try to read a menu with a 110 choices as quickly as possible because I'm afraid of holding up the line, even if it's only one person, God forbid people should wait 15 seconds! So because I can't read that fast under pressure and I just don't want anyone behind me to wait and I really don't care that much about the food to begin with I decided to get the only Mexican food I know. A taco.

I choose everything I wanted on my taco, it's something like a short cafeteria line with a piece of glass between us and them, the guy loads me up and then up pay before you eat. I think the taco and a small soda was around $12. They have dispensed soda, no alcohol, no bringing it in.

The taco was AWESOME that day! Piping hot even though it was the middle of the afternoon. Rich creamy sour cream, home made guacamole that was exceptional! It was certain all our vegetables were cut up just before lunch began. I worked in a restaurant for 20 years, I know what to look for, I know what's right, wrong, what works, what fails, and when a place is less than clean. This place didn't seem to be any of that to me. What I thought I saw there was a bunch of guys all working together doing an awesome job at their menial jobs. I mean no disrespect by that comment rather the exact opposite. To do a repetative, mindless task over and over, day in and day out with a positive attitude is something to be admired by all! It is a unique quality! Their attitudes were excellent, all of them! They were pleasant, eager to serve for minor tips They were just really a bunch of friendly guys!

I ended up eating everything on my paper plate that afternoon because it was so delicious and so did my housemate but he loves Mexican! He eats it and drives at the same time, can you imagine?

I wholeheartedly give More's Southwest Grill 5 Big Fat Stars!!!!! Great food, nice atmosphere, great staff, AWESOME TUNES! Thank you Moe's!!!!! You Friendly Neighborhood...

First and last time experience. Called in my order because the website wouldn’t let me pay with a gift card. First of all, it was very difficult to place the order because I couldn’t understand what the person was saying. I arrive to pick up my order and stand there for 30 minutes while everyone else got their pickup orders. The lady who answered the phone comes and asks for my name and then says my order is coming up. 10 minutes later another employee asks my name and then tells me she doesn’t have an order with my name. The first lady then proceeds to tell the 2nd what I ordered because she never wrote the order down. You can tell the 2nd chic was frustrated with her. They never prepared my order. I walked out. I’m almost glad this happened because during my 40 minutes of standing there for no reason I watched one employee handle food, money and a cleaning rag all with the same gloves. The unprofessional lady who took my order was also arguing with the other employees and talking over all of the food they were preparing with her mask pulled under her chin. When they change out the salsa bowls they don’t even use clean bowls. They just dump more on top of what’s left that’s been out all day and the dried crusty salsa is still around the...
