Vincent's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I went in for lunch, and the 1st cashier I had taking my order was paying more attention to the TV behind me then me while taking my order. He wasn't even listening to what I was saying. But that's not the worst of it. The worst was how unsanitary he was. He grabbed my pizza slices with his bear hand and put them in the oven to be warmed up. It bothered me, but I shrugged it off thinking the germs would get cooked off... that was stupid of me. And also I watched this man dig up his nose with his hand 😅 anyways he took my pizza out and proceeded to put it in a bag but he pushed it on to the plate using his bare knuckles which AGAIN I just saw him cleaning his nose with!!! 😭 I should have threw the pizza out but I ate it and guess what ?? It gave me the runs !!! I was pooping so much, it tore my stomach up 🥲 terrible. And also the other cashier which checked me out for my soda purchase was high as a kite. I mean it was so obvious and unprofessional. It was a hot mess in there, which is a shame because despite the pizza having me run to the toilet. It tasted really good, flavors were A1 but I definitely will never eat there again, because I assume there were other germs spread through out the process of even making the pizza for it to have me running to the bathroom. It's really not that hard to wash your hands or wear gloves. You definetly lost me...

I stopped in for lunch with my son today to Vincent's for the first time. We were just going to get one slice each, but we saw this amazing looking half plain, half pepperoni pizza that had just come out of the oven, so we asked the chef/owner(maybe) if we could buy that particular pie. He very kindly obliged. The pizza was perfect! The thickness, chewiness, crustiness of the crust was perfection. The sauce and cheese ratio were perfect, and the sauce was very tasty and tasted homemade. The pepperoni was perfectly cooked. On top of the pizza being absolutely delicious, the man who made it and served it to us was as nice and friendly as could be. This was the perfect place for my son and me to get authentic NJ pizza which we are extremely particular about. We will be back very soon, and next time, we'll try a cheesesteak along with...

I got a pizza steak where my wife got the chicken cheese steak, I have to admit, there was like barely any meat and was very average, but it was nothing compared to my wife's chicken cheese steak which tasted like it contained lots of cheap meat and was just horrible in general. I probably wouldn't of said anything though if the person who answered the phone didn't hang up on me after asking where the delivery person was after over an hour, oh and he also wrote the wrong number down. I understand delivery isn't going to be as good as physically eating it there, but I expected something better from a place that is spoken so highly of. If you want an excellent chicken cheese steak in the area there is a little known pizza place in Columbus called "Bella Mia" those are incredible...
