Wendy's — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

My stomach is growling, mind wandering, craving something salty and delicious. "W E N DY ' S" my mind tells me. It is absolutely correct . Me and my right hand bud leap into the car and blast SICKO MODE at full volume. Our mouths' drool with anticipation as we get closer and closer to the Wendy's. We skrrrrt into our parking spot, just barely missing the light pole. We power walk into the Wendy's, already knowing what we want. I get up to the register and see some chump wearing a 76's Philly cap, greasy hair, smug look, not a damn clue how to work a job. I give him the benefit of a doubt and we walk up to the counter. My bff orders a $4 for 4, and spicy chicken wrap. This sad excuse of a cashier asks my friend "will he be on the same order?" referring to me. My bud answers yes and this flat faced nobody starts laughing. Me and my man are confused. "what is funny?" we ask. when the cashier stops laughing he finally answers "y-your jacket, jacket is funny, I like it" my friends hoodie said Harvard sucks, not funny enough to stop taking our order, but whatever, a laugh is a laugh. I start to order a $5 Giant JBC meal, and a grilled chicken Asiago (just the sandwich). We wait patiently for our meals, filling up our drinks. I have two drinks for some reason, odd, I only ordered one combo that has a drink. I don't think much of it, maybe he heard something wrong and gave me an extra medium drink, no biggie. One of the employees calls for us, our food is ready. We look around for it "Is this ours? I said to go" the manager apologizes and puts our food in bags, we thank him and drive off. We arrive home and unpack our food, turning on some LOFI hip hop / chill while we eat. We can't tell what is mine or his. This order was royally screwed up. We received a $4 for 4 and a frosty (as expected) but received a son of baconator medium combo, and a fried (instead of grilled) chicken Asiago small combo. HOW?! How do you get half of the order that wrong? you literally have to just listen a little bit and tap a screen, how hard is that? It was too late to go back so we ate this mistake of an order with sorrow and misery. First off a bunch of kids work there and it’s horrible. I went through drive Thur, ask first girl for cod sandwich she replied we don’t sell cod sandwiches and they have a humongous poster advertising cod sandwich. Went to second window the other girl added the cod sandwich so you have employees who don’t know your product!!! Issue no2 I ordered 6 piece spicy nuggets had a coupon for $1.00 off and not only did not come off. I paid for a 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets regular price and received a 4 piece spicy nuggets. There goal is quickness not quality of service. I recommend going inside not to use the drive Thur. Last issue she ask me if I wanted cheese on my cod fish I said yes and of course there was NO CHEESE!!!! P. S. I wasn’t going to write a review this is the second time in went here after work.. and the Hispanic guy was very rude. The first time he was passing the wrong food out people was passing it back and he sat it aside trying to give it to the next customer. He got mad when i told him I didn’t want it. Tonight I order food I gave the lady who speaks no English the correct change. She went to get another lady who asked what the problem was and i told her.She told me i was lying I said run the cameras back and count her draw and you will see she owe me $10.00. The food was so cold it wasn’t even warm. I asked for fresh food the guy tells me no they can’t do they he has to sell what was made even if it was hours ago.
