Service Usually pretty good. Place an online order, paid and received confirmation at 11:33:32. Said that we could pick up our order at 12:40. I went around 12:20pm and was check out by William at 12:27pm. I visually saw our order sitting there. I thought that they were in the middle of making the rest. I had personally never ordered or eaten from pen station. But have picked up food for my sister there.( I usually choose chipotle) any way I decided I'd try it so I order the signature sandwich. I think the menu said it came with ham or turkey mayo banapeppers and maybe lettuce and tomatoes. I ordered by name. Told them I'd never eaten there. Food was delicious. The male manager was rude as could be. Store closed at 9:00 p.m. we arrived at 8:00 p.m.. Was trying to shut down store early. Told his employees know more go orderd.
