Minnick Drive Thru — Local services in Hamilton

I have never been here. New to this area. No transportation so I walked. It was a little awkward as you have to wait at an exit where cars are coming out and there is not much room. I really wanted to go inside badly to see what all they had. I was sad they didn't have much in the way of breakfast items, paper plates..but it's a drive thru, I understand..they can't have everything. I was just happy that they had the Starbucks Frappes! I love those. The lady who waited on me was so sweet. I wish there was a way they could put some kind of menu outside so people walking or driving could see what they have. Sat behind minnicks district manager for 10 minutes in her red Kia while she chit chatted with the staff and made her own purchase holding up a line with 6-7 cars. I was the second car in line and sat there with hot food I just purchased for 10 minutes. I complained and the young man said that’s our district manager she was talking to us about work! I don’t care who it is, as a manager you don’t hold up the line for your own purchase. Get out the car and do it. So...

I don't know the older ladies name but she is always sour as if it's my fault I shop at the store she works. If she truly has such problems talking to and dealing with customers then she should think of switching careers. Update. She is still there and even more of a hateful person. Please either fire her or if she sees this, please quit. It's clear you don't want to be there so just go work in a warehouse somewhere that no one has to see or interact...
