Elite is a small building with training equipment for athletes ranging from a timer for runs, weights, bikes, wright-lifting machines, and boxing rings and materials. The coaches at Elite are very positive and upbeat with the student athletes about their progress and work different portions of the body after each session. I began coming to boot camp here about 3 months ago, and I love it! The trainers have taught me so much about health and wellness from fitness to nutrition, and I am finally moving towards goals that I've struggled to achieve before.
