Not a good experience and the worst Penn Station I have ever been to. I used to go to the one in Mason and Price Hill where they cook on the griddle right in front of you and they were both excellent, but then I had to move to Hamilton from Cincinnati. This one did not, but it's okay. When they brought the hoagies out, my friend and I could only eat 1/2 of ours and took the other half home. I had the Chicken Teriyaki and he had the BLT but we were hungry and in a hurry to get to Doctor's appointment we could not eat anything and paid the hefty $35.00. We both had Small Fries. (Which were very good ). We will never come back to this location again. The onions on mine still had the skin on them. Whoever peeled them need to learn how to peel onions. I had to keep taking it out of my mouth. The Chicken Teriyaki tasted bland and I could barely taste the Teriyaki. It was quite salty as well. The Chicken was awful. Full of grissle. Ugh! and barely any mushrooms. I can't believe they would serve food like this. My friend had the BLT and he said he did not like his either as the bacon was not cooked barely and it tasted raw. He said he came to this location about five years ago and got sick from the food and he hesitantly tried it again (only because I really wanted to go). He took the bacon out of the hoagie and threw it away. When we got home we threw our other halves away which tasted even worse..and I spent quite a bit on lousy hoagies. We will not come here again. While we were seated no one came and checked up on us. The worst Penn Station ever. If I could give the food negative stars I would. Please don't give me some generic scripted response to call some other number or go online. I won't. You read my review it has everything you or "corporate" need to know. You can tell them but from the looks at the other comments this is not a good...
Read moreOrdered and waited for carry out. Drove 15 minutes home and the subs were still hot and AMAZING!! Last time I had Penn Station was years ago over off Eaton, and in Cincinnati someplace. I was all, "meh". So I just didn't bother going again. Out running errands I saw this one and thought, "why not?" This location knows how to make a sandwich absolutely delicious. Just writing this review has me thinking another one sounds good for tomorrow's dinner. This location is kinda tucked back behind Rally's and Burger King off Dixie/Rte 4 close to the Kroger, Dollar Tree and the BMV. Wasn't busy at all and I don't know why, unless people just don't realize it's there. It's definitely worth the trip. Bonus! You can call ahead! Masks required, covid compliant. No photos because these sandwiches were eaten immediately, with a whole lot of "omg" noises. Absolutely best sub I've had in years. BEST Penn Station I've...
Read moreI have door dashed food 2 times and it comes from this location . the first time our food was dry and handled poorly , but I figured I would give them a second chance tonight and I am more than disappointed !!!! Not happy at all at the fact that I spent almost $30 on 2 sandwiches and a medium fry and a side of banana peppers and 2 sides of mayo ... Well to start off we only one 1 side of mayo , the banana pepper were almost brown !!! And on top of that my sandwich was supposed to have extra mayo (it did not) and to top it all off half my sandwich was missing the meat ! This is pathetic !!!!! And I'll attach photos so you guys can see what I'm talking about , I'm a manager of a restaurant and if this was my crew making food this way and sending it out I would be...
