Wow, what a find! This Mexican food truck is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, quick, and fresh food. The service is top-notch and the people running it are truly awesome.

I stopped by on a whim a few months ago and was blown away by the flavors and quality of the dishes. I now stop by a few times a week as the quality and price are fantastic. The Tostadas de Tinga were packed with tender shredded marinated chicken, with options of lettuce, onions, cheese, onions, tomato, cilantro and tangy green or red sauce, all on top of a perfectly made taco shell and severed in take home bowl. Their tacos are massive, filled to the brim of your choice of meat protein and severed with flavorful onions, cilantro, and you can add cheese or avocado for a small fee. And the quesadilla? Melted to perfection with a delightful crunch on the outside and the most moist chicken on the inside. I haven’t had one bad thing from them and you can taste the quality of ingredients.

But what really sets this truck apart is the service. The team is so friendly and welcoming, chatting with the regulars and making newcomers feel at home. You can tell they genuinely care about serving amazing food and creating a great experience.

This is one of the, if not the best, Mexican food truck in the Hamilton / Fairfield area. Prices are very fair for what you get! I've been many times and have never been disappointed.
