Sadly the time had come to replace our 20-something year old Maytag fridge and electric stove. We did A LOT of research, watched You Tube reviews and physically looked at so many it started to become a horrible task!

Then we went to Hometown Appliances to looked at their gently used and new appliances. I walked in, was greeted by a woman who told me if I need anything to just let her know. I started by looking at the different refrigerators and stoves. When I finally found some things I was interested in, I let her know and she was very informative and helpful in every way. She listened to me and what I had told her I was looking for. Gave me some great information and advice regarding the newer refrigerators and stoves. And, when she had to leave, she had one of the guys there takeover for her, explaining to him what I was looking at and what I was interested in. He also was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for all of my questions and my husband’s questions. I was impressed with their service and explanation of what they do for the gently used appliances. Needless to say buying gently used is way cheaper than these newer models that may only last 4 to 6 years. We found the refrigerator and stove to replace our older ones and I am very happy with the choices. If they had had a dishwasher, I would have very possibly replaced that as well.

Simply put, I would recommend Hometown Appliances happily and will definitely shop...

Our dryer quit working last week and after doing some research realized we might be able to repair with a small $10 fuse my wife contacted hometown appliance. Murray spoke with my wife advised her to bring in the fuse and the thermostat and he'd check them for us. Which he did , confirmed fuse was bad and gave us some good advice on cleaning up our dryer single it was tore apart. He could have easily tried pressuring us into buying a new dryer but instead gave exceptional customer service , helped us repair our dryer and ultimately received a sale the same day for a dishwasher we needed to buy. I work in sales and customer service is something I focus heavily on. The store was neat and clean. They had a nice mix of new and used products to choose from and prices were reasonable. I will absolutely go back for the remainder of our appliance needs....

What can i say, Hometown Appliances is a family run business that truly takes care of their customers. Unlike other stores, they warranty the ice maker and water dispenser. There delivery fee is very reasonable and well worth it. Everyone in the store is friendly and knowledgeable and care about their customers unlike many other stores. The delivery crew was careful and removed my old appliances, installed my new ones and went out of their way to make sure everything was working properly in fact there was a glitch with the fridge and one of the guys went back and brought a replacement part and installed it the same day. This is the kind of service and sales that will keep my business and i will recommend Hometown Appliances to everyone i know. Awesome business, awesome people and some darn good deals to boot. It was truly a pleasure doing...
