Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hampden

I live in the area so this location is convenient for me and my family. However, the last several times have been a horrible experience. The staff there have major attitudes, no personality what so ever and they have been running out of certain items. Then today as I was getting my order, I grabbed my HOT coffee and the lid fell off and I spilled coffee all over my lap, the seat of my car, my cup holders and my medical uniform. I now have burned my right leg and have to go to work with wet pants and shirt. This location has become a joke. I can't not express how upset I am. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THE LIDS ARE NOT PUT ON CORRECTLY!! I have tried calling the location to speak with a manager and no one answered the phone so I am leaving this review instead since I can't speak to anyone. I have decided that I will no longer be going to Dunkin Donuts AT ALL after his happened today. I can make this stuff at home for a lot less and don't have to worry about whether or not I am going to put my coffee cup...

Horrible service, staff clearly needs more training, drive thru was backed up onto the main street. Ran out of iced coffee, waited 20 minutes for coffee as our food sat and got cold. The staff looked like chickens with their heads cut off. Don't get me started on the cleanliness of the rest rooms, the women's bathroom had feces on the toilet tank as well as the toilet bowl and it was obviously there for quite awhile because it was dry and stuck on! The floor was disgusting and it was apparent that the bathroom overall had not been cleaned in a long time!! Its safe to say I will never go there again and the experience overall was the worst I've ever experienced in any dunkin donuts I've ever set foot in!! I don't know who owns this store but they need to take a hard look at the person who manages this location because they aren't doing...

This Dunkin has to be one of the slowest around. Got a coffee two days ago 11 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Ordered online today at 1:50 p.m. , took under 2 minutes to get there and then sat in the drive-thru line until 2:10, needless to say coffee is cold not made to order. And once you get in the Drive-Thru line if there's cars behind you you're stuck so you can't go update:8/2/2022 thought i would give it one more try...noone in line at Drive-Thru, waited 1 minute sitting to hear we will be with you....ok .. wait another 5 mins to hear nothing more but see chatting inside...DONE...drove to Somers location 12 south rd somes ct, was thru drive thru, got coffee with a smile and great attitude in UNDER 45 SECS...worth the drive, AVOID THIS ONE and...
