The friendliest shop I ever been to. As soon as I came through the door I was greeted with genuine big smiles from the staff who were all behind the counter. They are all inviting and engaging so they make it easy to talk with each of them. It was my first time being a patron here because every time I visit central southern Mass itās outside their normal hours which is a short interval. So I finally caught them open and I had to take advantage and they did not disappoint. They had strictly made-to-order hot breakfast sandwiches, home made baked goods, fresh brewed coffee and some refrigerated beverages. I ordered quite a bit of items and everything I ordered tasted great like the blueberry tartpop and the bagel with cream cheese . But even though everything I had was great, the slice of toffee cake and that tartpop was so heavenly. This is now my favorite place to get treats when Iām in the area as long as I can catch...

But the day before thanksgiving I had spontaneously decided to give them a try on my way into work. 1) the shop was SOO cute and homey 2) the women behind the counter were beyond extremely nice 3) the food I got was DELICIOUS. I ended up leaving the shop with 24 bagels, multiple containers of homemade cream cheese, AND if that wasnāt enough⦠when I asked if they had muffins one of the woman even found a few muffins they had from the day before and I took those aswell! The woman that waited on my young daughters and I was swearing under her breath And giving me an attitude because I asked for an extra side of cream cheese. My 11 year old daughter told me she heard her say the f word two times. Then I saw a sign up that read soups will be available in September so I asked what kind of soups will you have? and again she gave me a awful attitude. Another time I brought my children there around 1030am and as soon as we walked in the door the same woman yelled "we are closed, we are out of bagels" and before I turned to leave I looked on the shelves and saw plenty of bagels. I keep giving that place chances to give them business but I keep getting horrible...
