Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hampstead

Go somewhere else. I live close to this location and have visited many times in the morning on my way to my sons school. To say they are rude is an understatement. The mean indian lady at the drive through is about as rude as they get, she cannot say good morning, sorry, thanks or hello apparently, at least in the years i have frequented their. English is barely spoken and they never can get the order right. Pretty much every time I order they give me the wrong stuff. Then when I point out the error to the rude woman at the drive through she gives me an attitude. Recently I ordered a large coffee and breakfast sandwich when I got to the window she handed me a small coffee and a donut. When I gave it back she gave me alot of lip and said "you ordered a small coffee and I know it". I told her politely "I have never ordered a small ever and Ill tell you what just keep all of it." and...

I called this location 3 mins after mistakenly placing an order through the app on 06/02/20...a man answered very rudely, he did not give me his name ... I told him what just happened, he denies there being an online order, even after giving him order information and my name and details of the order... he calls onto someone else... this person was even more rude than the first.. he states they were able to find my order but it was already made it (i called literally 3 min after finding I was ordering in the wrong state)... I explained to this guy that I lived over an hour away and had no way to pick up the order at this location... he refused to cancel the order and hung up the phone... i tried calling again but the phone just kept ringing... I did send an email to Dunkin right after it happened but have not received a response since... eighteen dollars wasted...

I've never really had an issue with this location before today, but today was an exception. I showed up about 6: 15pm to pick up my mobile order through the drive-thru (they close at 7pm) When I got to the window the guy told me "early order only" he basically just kept saying that telling me that I was ordering too late even though they're open until 7:00 p.m. He was complaining because they were cleaning up the restaurant and that making food disrupts their cleaning process. I have worked in the food service industry, restaurants definitely stay open until the end of the business hours, usually you have to stay a little later to finish cleaning up the restaurant that's the way it goes. I just thought it was very rude, you can't tell customers that they are an inconvenience to you during business hours, it just...
