McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampstead

I'm only going to give the one on RT 140 a fairly good rating because I have also visited the Taneytown and Walmart McDonalds within the last week (I have a 12 yr old and I drive after karate in carpool some nights...) And in Taneytown, we waited 27 mins for a grill order that was special only because we wanted no onions on a cheeseburger!! And after waiting for this childs burger for almost half an hour, they brought it out barely warm and with no offer of a discount. When I asked about that as an option, they looked at me like I was on drugs. The Walmart on Woodward Rd was by far the most fun. I paid $1 for a soda that could not be gotten because they informed me the machine needed to be bricksed or whatever and had no carbonation in it at all. When I asked for a refund.. Well, I noticed I got that same look I got in Taneytown like I was on drugs again. Look, let me be fair and say I understand who they hire and that the turnover must really be difficult to compensate for. However; they should understand that in no way have NOT they let this keep them from charging almost $6 for...

Me, my dad, and my brother went out to hampstead from Baltimore just to have a nice meal, and well lets just say it wasnt, When we got there everything was going fine untill there was a strong oder of smoke because there was someone smoking in the building, when he left things got a bit better but when we tried to find a table, there was literally none, all handicapped pretty much and we had to sit at a table full of gunk and it was so uncleaned with crumbs and juice all over it, and the noise with all the workers yelling was really annoying, I didnt realise how much I payed for a small frie and i got a "tiny" Frie, It was about the size of my middle finger and came with like 18 fries.. Im not so impressed, The food was good and all but it was just chaos, Only one kiosk was working and at the front desk nobody was there the whole time, I needed napkins and they were out, same with the cups, i also went into the bathroom, no toilet paper. Not going there again and I dont recommend you going...

Jason really knows how to treat his customers always friendly and always makes sure i have hot fries!! This McDonald's operates the best when hes working. Ive had mixed experiences otherwise but jason and team deserve the 5 star for sure!!! The new manager Amanda or Ashley is rude. They messed up my order I called them to let them know and she said we can remake your food. No apology and I asked what they would do for me since I had to drive all the way back there. I dont live close, she said theres nothing she can do besides make the food again. I didnt even bother driving back I through my food away and i wont eat here when shes working. This was not the first time she was rude or that my food was messed up under her shift. After Jason left this place has gone downhill, its dirty on the inside and food is not hot.
