Wendy's — Restaurant in Hampstead

Very unprofessional the redheaded girl who works here gave me an attitude from the Time I pulled up to the window to the time I left I made modifications to my sandwich and was made incorrectly twice! I think the first one they spit in it cuz it was runny and smothered in grease like they were trying to cover something up. I tried to call for the store managers name and when he/she would be in and they tell me they cannot give out personal info? Like I would like to know when I can call back to speak to the store manager! This store is ridiculous then they hang up on me multiple times they laugh at me over the phone and when I try to call back they purposely send me to voicemail which is full! They need to fire whoever these people are because obviously they don’t have the attitude to be working customer service! I would avoid this location at all costs all I did was order food. I used to work for fast food and it’s really not that hard or bad whatsoever like i used to work at this specific location a few years ago and probably hands down the easiest job I’ve ever had you guys need to lose your attitudes if your gonna be in customer service if not then don’t work simple as that this...

This is one of the worst locations I've ever been to, the management is absolutely terrible. All the employees under management just seemingly walk around aimlessly. I was picking up an online order, placed way before pickup, I told them what order I was there for, they kind of looked at me like I had three heads. I could see the order was "in process" on the screen, but they acted like they had no idea what to do. I waited over 20 minutes after checking in and still the order was not complete. I use the bathroom just to kill some time, also the bathroom was dirty.. After using the bathroom I approached the counter again to see if the order was complete yet, keep in mind this is about 30 minutes or so at this point. They still acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, even though the order was clearly on the screen and had not been bumped yet. This location is absolutely ridiculous in the management is 100% awful. I know they just recently restaffed this location, it may be time to do so again. Those ladies that are running it right now are completely incompetent. Avoid this location at all costs.....

Will tell that this place is the best fast food place in hampstead. Burger king is good also and McDonalds is just ok. But the one thing that bothers me the most about this wendys is that one very rude cashier that is there in the afternoons. I have had 3 run in with her now. And it enough to make stop coming down. If it wasn't for the great food I wouldnt go to this place anymore. I know her name but wont say. The only thing I will say is if you don't like your job and don't like serving people. GO FIND ANOTHER JOB. And keep that better then thou attude in your pants. I give this place 4stars if she would be friendlier.
