I usually enjoy this place, good food friendly staff but today was a different story. I went In with my girlfriend and my friend we all ordered our food and got our drinks. My girlfriend and my friend had already sat down at a table and when I went to go sit down with my tray of food and drinks i sat it down on one of the tables and ended up almost falling and also ended up spilling my drink all over the table and floor and due to the table being uneven and was wobbling and the table also caught my shoe and ripped and decent hole in it. After that I grabbed some napkins to help clean up the mess a bit to make it easier on the employes to clean up and I was going to tell the employes that I spilled my drink after I finished eating. But then one of the employes ( I went to high school with them) came over and saw the spilt drink and gave me an evil look and I said to them “ I’m sorry I spilled my drink but I got napkins to help clean up a bit and I was going to tell you guys here soon” and she sighed and replied with “ I hate you so much right now and I’m very mad”. That here was very unprofessional and it was said in a very stern tone of voice. When I went to tell her that the table caused the spill due to it being uneven she said it wasn’t the tables fault I’ve eaten at this table many times and it never does that, but even my girlfriend and my friend backed me up and also said it was because of the table. The employe then walked away and came back with a mop and bucket after they cleaned it up they decided to sit with us and try to chat with us acting like they weren’t even at work. And while they were sitting with us I tried to explain to them that the table was uneven and even showed them that it was uneven and they once again said “it’s not the tables fault you’re just clumsy” and even told me not to spill anything else. But after this situation I don’t see myself coming back here at all. I felt humiliated by this employee and was very insulted by the words of this employee. It’s feels like my side of the story didn’t matter, what happened to the customer is always right or at least listen to the customer instead of putting them down. Read moreGoing through the drive thru normally isn't a problem for me but yesterday evening 11/28/2021. I ordered a famous bowl but I could barely hear the lady. I asked to repeat what she said or ask me, I explained that I can not hear can I go to the window instead, she gave me a hard time and an awful attitude. I continue to order and added a 4 piece meal. . Struggling to hear her and the attitude have gotten worse. . She didn't tell me how much and then I drove to the window, maybe she had a bad day. She wouldn't even look at me and I tried to address that I wear hearing aids but she shut the window. . After all that I looked into the bag and there was no famous bowl. I'm glad I checked before leaving. I wasted by the window for her to realized I haven't left yet. . Finally she looked at me and said what? I didn't get the famous bowl I replied. I thought she was going to flip out on me. I waited awhile and she hands me a bag with the famous bowl and she didn't say a word not even a sorry about that or anything. Instead slammed the window . . I waved goodbye. . I never been so mistreated just because I couldn't hear as well as most can . Read moreOrdered online on the app. It said that they closed at 10:00pm We got there at 7:50 pm. They claimed that the order was cancelled. They were closing. I tried to show the woman that the app said that they were preparing my food. There was a small child sitting on the food counter. She refused to do anything for us and sid that I had to contact corporate, which I had to do because they charged my bank account for the order, which obviously was NOT cancelled! this is not the first time that we have driven 20 minutes and they randomly decide to close early or they run out of chicken 45 minutes before they close or don't get the order right. ...
