Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hampton

This rating is ALL about the food. Our family has a tradition of ordering pizza from DOMINOS once a week, either a Sunday or a Monday. But, the pizza always has less cheese, and my favorite even though I am not supposed to eat pizza due to gluten, I always order the cheesy bread. EVERY time, it has no cheese, maybe a drop in and ONLY in the middle, the rest has none. Nothing but dough!!! One time, I had to drive back and showed them that the bread has no cheese. I believe it should say, bread with maybe some cheese, not cheesy bread because I literally have to look to see where is the cheese. So, where is the cheese Dominos???? We swtich from papa Johns years ago because of the same thing, maybe now, we should switch and try a local restaurant that makes better pizza and puts the cheese where it supposed to be! So this is my main spot. It used to be the best dominoes. Whoever they've hired this summer is ruining the store. Worst cooks ever. Good service. I've had to bring multiple pizzas back for missed toppings or almost none on it. One time I got an Alfredo sauce pizza and they forgot cheese. This has never happened and I've been ordering from them since they opened. I'm leaving this review today because I tried to do it on the website and they wont update my order as picked up so I can't. It said Abbygail made the order but that was my first time from her. My pizza had great toppings this time! Like they used to! I was shocked and happy! Until I saw my pizza. The dam thing was flat and the dough was so chewey. I don't even know how they managed it. I think from now on I'll just take the extra 5 minute drive to king st. So...

At 8:08 this evening, I ordered a pizza via the website. The website said that my order would be ready in 24-34 minutes.

I arrived at the store at 8:43 (i.e. 35 minutes later), to find that THEY HAD NOT EVEN BEGUN to make my pizza. It wasn't currently in the oven, and it wasn't currently on the counter in raw form being hastily put together by an employee; it was completely nonexistent. They offered to put me at the front of the very backed-up queue, but since I was not about to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a pizza that had not even been started yet, I cancelled the order and left. As far as I'm concerned, the employees wasted my time and my gas, as did the Domino's website (which gave an extremely incorrect estimate on how long the pizza...
