Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hampton

Update I came back on 1 oct 2022 for a pup cup with dogs and paid cash, the entire staff was changed and all had friendly attitudes, I started coming back and regained trust in this store. Tequila made my drink it looks like it could be in a magazine. Love this place now and a true testament of hood vs bad employee and revenue.

18Jan22, I decided to give them a second chance On 18 Jan 2022 they tried to use a fake credit card they cloned from my card for $11.53. Thank goodness they can’t even get that right. I tried calling the store no answers. sometime in 2021 RUUUUUDE!!!! I waited outside the ordering speaker for 10 minutes! Around 5 minutes I said good morning hello and the guy said WAIT! Finally he came in the speaker and said what are you ordering and I said good morning how are and he said, I asked what you are ordering. I was taken back by his rudeness and then asked the worker if they had skinny vanilla lattes and he said you’ll have to get something else we ain’t Starbucks. I asked to speak to his manager and he said I am the manager. I said what is your name and he said Shawn and closed the windows. I can’t believe how rude this guy was. I last Visited Jul 19, 2018 Let us first start with my morning coffee! I'm a HUGE coffee drinker this leading to my reason on stopping by for just that. My father and I enter the location and not only were we not greeted but there was only one employee "working". She was very hard of hearing (we had to repeat our to her several times) which was very strange to us. After finally correcting the order she got it right by the third time. Both my father and I are point earners with Dunkin' Donuts so we were a little upset that the young lady didn't offer to complete our payment via App.

Pushing past that after 5mins waiting in the lobby it seems that the manager may have been busy in the back but she come out to help. Now, just a disclaimer I'm a vegetarian (NO MEAT) and I was ALMOST Certain that what I ordered was a vegetarian option so to not only see the "manager" place bacon on the vegetarian selection but to then see her try and just remove it as if it wasn't just COOKED ON TOP OF MY VEGETARIAN FOOD WAS simply disappointing, distasteful, and disrespectful.

I've been coming here for 3 years and over the last few months, my orders have always had something missing or just wrong altogether. (Which slows down EVERYTHING when they are constantly remaking orders that should have been correct the first time.) There have been several occasions when they've been out of things... IN THE MORNING! Like donut fries and wake up wraps. Their staff sometimes seems clueless on how to run their stations behind the counter. Their decaf coffee is always very sour... The regular coffee is lacking on the flavor as well.

The last time I came to this store, they put cheese on my wake up wrap after I asked not to (this actually happens every time at this location), they forgot one of my hash browns, they forgot one of my drinks, and my regular coffee was sour. After several attempts I finally got my order correct without any apology from the staff - just EXCUSES. The manager said the staff was poorly trained - isn't that her job - to train them? I was there for 30 minutes - and late for my next stop. That's my last time ever going there.
