Point Break — Restaurant in Hampton

The time I went there it was crazy busy and the staff was very overwhelmed so I'd hate to judge them on that. The food sat and the window for quite a long time, what I ordered was a Caesar salad and an appetizer of shrimp so the salad became very soggy and the shrimp dried out though I think overall if the circumstances were different the food would have been far better. They did serve Aperol Spritz and because I was sitting at the bar I was able to get service. When the front garage door is open there is a nice breeze, once they shut it because of the rain it became a bit humid in there and they had no other windows open so I think that is a must. I would say for now its a 3-4 stars though I think they're a great new addition to the beach just really need to be properly staffed bc u can't have a swearing bartender slamming mixers in the sink or tables waiting 45 minutes for their first drink and only a % of staff knowing what they're doing, probably need an expeditor too so that food doesn't sit in the window for more than 5 minutes. Room for improvement but I would highly recommend giving it a shot the ppl I interacted w seem dedicated to their job which is rare...

Look… I love Hampton Beach restaurants for what they are so this is not a dis to all the ones that came before…. But finally..an excellent restaurant with elevated fare and cocktails! Tried this place tonight and to say it didn’t disappoint is an understatement. Six different meals at the table, every single one of them was fantastic. Thought I was taking a gamble getting a mai tai… but that drink was perfect . So sad I didn’t have room for dessert because the dessert options looked great too. Our group of 7 had made a reservation. Upon arrival 3 were seated inside, 4 who arrived a few minutes later were told the table wasn't ready and were seated outside. Eventually we called each other and moved them inside to the reserved table. The waitress was slow to get our order then the food took at 60-90 minutes to arrive. After finding the hostess and complaining, the food eventually arrived. She guessed that our order had been placed behind others. Our waitress should have been paying more attention. The food was good. Service was not adequate. In the end they gave us a discount, which was appreciated but we would rather have had...
