Coffee Break Cafe Hampton Beach NH — Restaurant in Hampton

Good food, but almost no adherence to even the most basic COVID preventions, and less than ideal service. Tried getting a hot coffee but they were out. I asked the person serving iced coffee and she said she'd brew more. 5 minutes later I asked again and she said it would be a few minutes. Another 5 minutes pass and then she starts brewing hot coffee. Another few minutes later she offered another group to get their coffee directly from the pot as it brewed. I asked for the same and the person at first looked bewildered, then said hot coffee was self serve, I reminded her they were out and she then agreed she could fill it directly from the pot as she had just done for others.

It should not take 20 minutes to get self serve coffee from a place that has coffee in their name.

BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICHES IN HAMPTON. Stopped in while on my way up to go striper fishing and wanted a quick meal with my buddy, I got the Pollywog or bullfrog I forgot the name but the croissants were very clearly fresh baked, the veggies fresh as can be and the sandwich that had fried eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, and sausage came out BOMB. The green monster sauce is also very refreshing and balances very well. My buddy couldn’t stop raving about his sandwich either he got the veggie sandwich with fried eggs. Food is phenomenal and the have a wide array of smoothies as well, definitely a must stop for me from now on. The quality the price it makes everything else in the strip look like a joke...

People who are giving 2 stars on restaurants about employees not wearing masks completely over their face, should probably not even be out in public. You should try working on a 90 degree day while wearing a mask and barely being able to breath. It has been tough for business across Hampton beach during these times. But the way Coffee Break has been able to stay strong and continue to have good support is very impressive. This place is amazing and has an amazing staff who works extremely hard. So you should probably just got back home to your state and stay out of the states that don’t even want...
