I got there around 12:20-12:30. I already knew it was going to be a wait because they were super busy when I was passing by. I stood waiting to be greeted for 15-20mins while they made eye contact but never said anything until they were ready to acknowledge me. that worked the register. When I finally got to order, i was never told how long the wait was gone be I was just told that I would be paying once my order would be ready and that it would take a minute. I ordered an all star without the waffles, I asked for hasbrowns in stead, grits, scrambled eggs, and bacon, and NO BUTTER on my toast and I ordered a patty melt. I checked before I left because I knew something wasnât right. I waited about 30-45 minutes for my food, just for my bread to have butter on it and was soggy and my scrambled eggs wasnât scramble and they were running, and my hashbrowns were barely cooked. Nobody said have a nice night or anything, accept for the cook, that was eating bacon in line while making other peoples food. He came outside to take his smoke break and said â sorry for the wait, you enjoy the rest of your nightâ. I order from here all the time, and never have a problem like I had tonight! I understand the pressure that comes with working in fast food places, but they need to learn common courtesy especially me already being ther almost a hour waiting on food. and on top of her over filling the drinks and never once tried to pour it out.    Read moreWent here for carryout on a Saturday night after a concert. The place was busy and you could see the staff was hustling and giving their all. A manager or shift leader of some sort was standing off to the side doing nothing at all. Suddenly, in the middle of a very busy period, she got some employees together and ripped them harshly in front of everyone in the restaurant. She belittled them and embarrassed them. It was awkward. You could see the other customers were turned off by it and were uncomfortable watching this jerk treat people like they were dirt. If you have issues with employees take them to the back and talk with them! Don't embarrass them to feed your ego. She was loving it. She looked around to make sure all eyes were on her. Pathetic! When the queen was finished with her speech she stepped outside. Of course, the flow of the restaurant had been disturbed so the employees got further behind. They were great though. They smiled and did their best! When we left, the queen was outside smoking. She stood right by the door. IMy daughter went in and place order she came back she said he didn't know how to cook eggs and something else. I said why! He said the cook walk off. He was waitress. My daughter said mom he by himself that other guy left. All of a sudden people started coming. I said get the Chilli it's always Great! I give guy credit for not leaving.
