The young lady took my order, I think her name was Sophia was amazing. Her personality was great. 👌🏾 Perfect person to answer the phone. When I went to go pick up my food in the alloted time that it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't ready. 😂 No problem. They called my name and I almost walked out with my food without paying but then I remembered, I didn't pay yet. I almost walked out with a free pizza cause everybody was all over the place. 😂 Understandable. It's a new establishment. Now as far as the pizza goes, I'm not a big fan of Domino's and wanted to try out the pan pizza cause it looked good...on the commercials. Apparently, I'm still not a fan of Domino's cause this pizza did not help. It seems like the pizza was undone and it was definitely unflavorful. I don't know if it's this new establishment issue or a Domino's thing. I looked at the pizza before leaving the store and it looked undone then because of how the cheese looked, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Got home, bit into a slice...undone. 🤦🏽♀️ So, I stuck it back into the oven. It's safe to say that I'm officially done with Domino's. I paid $19.99 plus tip for an undone, unflavorful pizza. I will be sticking with my usual pizza place for now on. The 3 ⭐ is for the young lady who took my order....
Read moreTwo out of our last three times ordering from here have been terrible. The last time our pizza arrived with almost no toppings on it. I spoke with the manager who said it was an issue with the dough, it was puffing up in the oven and the toppings were sliding off. But you still sent it out for delivery? This time the bacon on our pizza was burned to where it seemed more like little charcoal briquettes. Again the manager acknowledged they were aware of issues with their bacon and just suggested choosing a different topping for now. And yet you still put it in the box to give to the customer? I understand an occasional issue. Repeated issues give the impression you just don't care about the quality of the product you're providing, especially when there is supposed to be a quality check performed when you take the pizza out...
Read moreThe store in Hanahan (Tanner) gave a poor experience. My son ordered a plain Alfredo Pasta because he does eat meat, bt phone and we received it with chicken anyway. Instead of the person over the phone apologizing for the mix up and saying we'll make you a new one, he said well it will be another $8. The person on the phone was rude and didn't try to resolve the issue. We offered the wrong pasta back to get refunded or get a plain pasta. All he did was play on words about the receipt saying no chicken vs it saying just Alfredo. The order was entered wrong by your employee and the receipt says Alfredo pasta but that's our fault. Won't be coming back...
