Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hanford

Every place of business knows the first impression they leave to there customers is the most important one . It's rare for me to leave reviews but the rare occasions I do is because iv had the best customer experience ever or for the more disappointing experiences like the one I'm about to tell you about . It's been exactly 1 hour & 43 mins since I placed my original order (yes I had to place more than one) & yet me & my husband are still here laying down with a an empty stomach. When I first called fo place my order i was told it would be 45 mins to 1 hour . After about 1 hour & 10 mins & still no pizza I decided to call for the second time . Employee told me diver has left with my pizza & should be here shortly ....... I kept waiting after 1 hour & 43 mins later I decided to call for my 3rd time . Employee lets me know that the driver arrived back to there location with my pizza so she verified the address I gave her & the adress the driver typed in ... TWO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES which would explain why he never arrived . Then she continues to tell me all she can do is re place my order & empazided the fact they are extremely busy today & that I would have to wait another 45- 1 hour . I got extremely upset at the poor customer service . I then proceeded to tell her the least they can do is rush my pizza or give me my order for free . She puts me on hold & lets me know all she can do is give me one free pizza but I still have to wait about a 1 hour they can't rush it . I'm assuming by the time my pizza arrived I'll have waited more than 2 hour maybe 3 with 1 free pizza . Horrible...

I’m all about giving a place a second chance. First visit here I understand we had to wait because our order was still in the oven. We waited inside for 20 minutes and still hadn’t received our order. We had to ASK THEM again if our order was ready. The whole time our order was on the rack ready. When we got home we order 14 piece wings which should come with 2 ranches sure enough they forgot to put in the ranches. Second visit was today on 4/27/2020 we ordered online at 9:32pm. We got to the store at 10pm. They first said they did not have an order under my name but after minutes they finally found my box that had my name. So we had to wait another 20 minutes. He said “we haven’t gotten to it because we’re really busy.” We ordered a pan pizza, hand toss, and wings. When we went to pick up our order the guy said they didn’t have any pan pizza so they gave us hand toss. Honestly it’s always a headache going to this store. So many mistakes in one visit. I waited over 30 mins on a order of sandwiches and a pasta bowl and breadsticks that I was told was going to be 15 mins . They completed order in 20 mins only to leave out a sandwich . So I had to wait another ten mins for them to fix my order and make the other sandwich. The customer before me order also had been dine incorrectly as well he was complaining while I was waiting to place my order . The manager made reference to the customer before me who's order was messed up that she wish she could say it was done wrong because of new workers , but she said they were not new employees. I found the staff as well as the manager very rude and unprofessional. Simply put if I had employees working for me in that same manner let's just say they wouldn't be tomorrow .
