Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hanford

LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!! I can go on and on all day about Popeyes I used to travel 20 miles to go to the closest Popeyes it wasn't a regular trip but when it was it was worth it then the town where I lived had the bright idea to put a Popeye's in our small town this by far as one of the happiest days of my life I used to get the two-piece white meat only with the fries but lately I've been getting the three piece chicken tenders with beans and rice those are fine choices but there's just something satisfying about dipping those chicken tenders in their buttermilk ranch the only complaint I have are the biscuits when they are fresh they are buttery and delicious when they are not fresh you need a gallon of honey to put on the biscuit so you don't choke to death. The staffs always gives me a whole bunch of honey and hot sauce they are a bit stingy with the dipping sauces but it's fine their sodas always have the correct amount of Bubbles and syrup in the soda they maintain all of their machines I have never gone to a Popeye's in been told we are out of a...

I've heard several negative reviews about this location, particularly about how the staff treats their guests and unfortunately, my experience confirmed them. When I visited today, I immediately felt an unwelcoming atmosphere from the crew. I politely asked for a bucket of dark meat, but the cashier quickly said they couldn't make it, without even checking with the kitchen or making any effort to accommodate the request. I asked again for clarification, and he simply repeated that they couldn’t serve all dark meat, which was confusing since I know that option is normally available.

More than the refusal itself, it was the attitude that stood out, the staff looked at me as if I was a bother rather than a customer. It felt like guests aren't valued here, and perhaps that reflects a larger issue with how the team is managed. I'm not sure if I’ll return to...

Manager with gray shirt co-co there is rude.. has attitude,,, seems she leaves everyone else at the front by themselves doing everything when it’s busy while she does whatever she is doing.. ?store is messy and unorganized.. Wait time for food was over 30 minutes. I don’t know if they’ve changed management but It’s different than the time I came last year.. workers don’t look happy it’s getting warmer very hot.. workers are sweating over the food.. it’s not right treat these folks better and they would strive better with good healthy management creates better workers… do better.. food was quite good nonetheless—but Probably won’t be coming back to this location...
