In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Hanford

I have never been disappointed in my ordering from here. Last night I went in and they were super busy and I had to wait a super long time! I received my food and fries were soft, soggy like. I took them back in and obtained a a replacement order. Same, soggy!! I was told they had just got new fryers and they were just getting used to them.

There are a lot of things that I let pass when ordering food out and it’s super busy as it is sometimes understandable. However, the one exception of my french fries. They must be hot and crispy I’ve never experienced dissatisfaction at any In-N-Out. I would’ve been OK and just moved on but…..my burger order was not right either 😞 I gave it back to them and they made an effort by stuffing the missing parts. Not the same I’ll be glad when they are used to the new fryer. I can always count on the tasting the same, no matter what location...

Katlyn was why I rated 3 stars! Working the register earlier this evening she made a visit with my family a lot less enjoyable. About 9:30pm on 11/24/21 the restaurant was empty, we thought the dining room was closed. Turns out it was just a slow period. We went to the register and Katlyn seem to be very impatient, fine, so we tried to hurry and order, but the impatience turned to mad, and rude. I made the mistake of saying huh, and it actually got worse! She mumbled our order back to us, and we just looked at each other, thinking what is going on? She then grabbed the receipt leaned back and looked the other direction while holding it front of her as if these people are not worth my time. No thank you, and no commen decency. Again the dining room was empty! A lot of dining out is the service you receive, so minus 2 stars for Katlyn, and minus 2 stars for in n out...

Had lunch in Hanford today. It was busy, but not packed. Waited about 10 minutes for my order. Is it me or have they "thinned out" the hamburger Patties? Mine looked like a McD's cheese burger. 😑 The amount of lettuce they put on it, I could have made a salad. Burger was lukewarm and the fries not very hot! I did notice fries being made up and then sitting on trays for the rest of the orders, therfore getting cold. Lastly, the tables were not being cleaned after each guest left. People were literally waiting for tables to be wiped down and it didn't happen until I brought it to the attention of "Kayla" (Manager ???) "John" was walking in circles doing nothing until he was directed to clean the tables. Just "food for thought".... keep an eye on your lobby and ensure tables and floors are continually cleaned.
