Brandy's Gyros — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I have been a customer for many years. I will never ever ever return to your Hanover Park location again. I placed a delivery order and waited for over an hour. When the order was delivered, it was soggy, cold, no napkins, forks, I ordered extra gyro sauce.....none of that made it in the bag. I called to request for someone (delivery) to pick it up for a refund. I asked for a manager and spoke to someone who claimed to be an assistant by the name of Jaimie. She was so rude and wouldn't let me speak. I told her I'll be there in person to return the food for a refund. She told me she's calling the police. I called the chicago location to request to speak to a manager. He was very helpful and apologized. I arrived at the H.p. location with food in hand and spoke to Jaimie. She was so unprofessional. She was a complete nut case, rude, snotty, childish. She refused to give me a receipt.  I had to ask her repeatedly.  As I was asking she threatens to call the cops . . I had it with the attitude and the threats!! I have NEVER experienced this treatment from any restaurant. I had to change out of my pajamas after working all day to hand deliver the cold food I spent $35 for to be told the cops will be called. Call the cops. I should have thrown the nasty garbage food at her so she would actually have a reason to call the cops. It's not against the law to put a little bass in your voice when you get angry last time I checked. Lol go to ghetto Hanover Park brandys for the soggy food and the cop threats omg what a joke. Good food but poor...

This place used to be our go to. What a hole it's become. I'm not a big fry lover but the fries were the best of our order. Problem #1 is that Door Dash limits how you can order. Regular gyro meat was burnt tonight, sopping with onions and soggy tomatoes. If they don't put your cucumber sauce on they charge you .50 on the side. My chicken gyros sauce comes on the side. Sounds logical huh?? NOT. Meat was dry, pita stale. Disgusting. A pork chop sandwich dripping in pickle juice and lousy vinegar sauce we didnt ask for. If i want pickles on my food ill go to Chik fil a. NOT. BIGOTS. Brandys has become rip off delivery place where they serve customers garbage they can't pass off to an inside customer. LAST ORDER FOR US. Too big a menu with lousy options. TOTAL COST 75.00...

Rude service. I love the food at Brandys. The delivery drivers are the friendliest and usually very fast. The order delivery 1 or 2 times a week. I believe it is the owners daughter, with the star tattoos on the back of her arm is the rudest person that I have encountered in a family owned restaurant. Whether in person or on the phone, she is rude and acts like she is doing you a favor by taking your order. Even rolling her eyes and she couldn't be less interested in her job. Actually im doing you the favor by returning to your establishment. Alot of places will greet there patrons as they come in. Dont expect this here. I think I see the reason that the new employees always leave there so quickly. Maybe the girl at the register is the reason you cant...
