Customer service is horrible. We have been customers since they open this place but, today was the last time I order from here. I placed an order and when I got home my order was wrong. My wife called to let them know that the order was wrong and the lady that answered, said that the order was right and that we had placed our order wrong. My wife tried to explained to her that that was impossible because we got pastor and we never order that because they put way too much onions on their pastor, that we always order chicharron prendado. The lady responded to my wife by saying "I took the order and you did not place the order and your husband ordered pastor" and hang up. For obvious reasons my wife called back and the lady insisted that she repeated the order to me and that I was the one who ordered my food wrong. 🤔 My wife asked to talked to the manager and she said she was the manager so, my wife said that it was impossible to talked to her and she replied "also with someone like you" and hang up again. My wife called again and they didn't answer anymore so she called from my phone and asked the lady for the owners name and she said she was not authorized to provide that information, and put another lady on the phone. This other lady insisted that I had placed my order wrong and she said I was a lier, and that my wife was disrespectful with her co-worker which I told her that they were the ones been disrespectful for hanging up on her and that at no time my wife said a bad word to them. So we go in to this place to support local business. They take our order. My wife and I each tell Abraham behind the counter that we want one coke with the order. He rings us up and charges us .90 to use a credit card.

Abraham forgot to ring us up for the coke and when I ask him for one he wants to charge me .90 again to use my card even though it was his mistake. No effort whatsoever to keep the customer happy. He even tried to blame my wife for his mistake. When I asked him for the owner's phone number he says that he could not give it to me. We took our food to go and I came back and gave them the 1.50 for the coke. Once I opened the bag to eat my food i discovered tbat they got my order totally wrong. These people are BEYOND unprofessional!!!!!! The food is great in the many times I've eaten here. But the service I received was atrocious just now on the phone. I called to order and I began my order with an Horchata (a drink) the lady then says are you going to order food and I said I just started my order and she says I can't take an order for an Horchata and didn't let me finish my order when she hangs up..... I guess the rest of my order wasn't important. Absolutely DISGUSTING. If you want to be treated with no respect go there!! If you want respect save your money and go elsewhere!!!!
