This place used to be the standard for other bowling alleys to live up to, but it's been long neglected since the late 90's. Out of 32 lanes, 9 were out of order. My family and I played two games and we needed someone to fix our lane 6 times because it froze completely, wouldn't reset, or there were scoring issues. Everyone who works there is greasy and unprofessional. A homeless drunk man came up to us and asked for money, I complained about that situation to the woman behind the desk who simply told us that he bothers people all the time but is harmless. Isn't it illegal for someone to panhandle in a business? Don't go here if you're too competitive or in a league as there are way too many equipment issues. They need new managment...
Read moreStaff is rude to customers. I found the experience varied when our family was with anglo patrons and that saddened me. I found the amenities to be dated and in need of some TLC. The food here...well...its edible but $$$. Beers are on tap. Lanes are pricey considering that neighbouring alleys provide more, as a courtesy I will not name them in this post, but are adjacent to Streamwood in any direction.
