NO stars. First time I tried it thanks to a coworker and thought I'd love it. Got something simple, BLT. Called and asked if it was fresh/warm. Was told the bacon would be reheated and the toast would be warm. Told them pick up was at 12pm. Arrived at 12:02pm was directed to pick out chips and a drink so I could use a 10% coupon. Bag was sitting in the cold by the register instead of under a lamp or near any other form of heat. Phone number on the bag was completely wrong and then I was charged for an additional water. Called about the water, they reversed the charge and recharged me the entire order without the additional water. opened the sandwich to find a pickle...which I hate and was not told it would be in there WITH the sandwich...along with a short piece of brown hair. I'm blonde. NOT HAPPY. Then I find the bacon was ice cold so I reheated it myself......what kind of service is this????? Oh and the coupon that said 10% off with purchase of chip and drink....yeah .68 off 1.49 chip....not the...
Read moreI gave 4 stars cause I didn't want to kill any rating. I went here and they came Highly recommended, as I called on my way there, I placed an order, I knew I was close (10-15 mins out) and just wanted to get a jump on the lunch rush. I grew up in Philly and lived in NYC so I like to think I know good sandwich shops, this place would be in my IDK top 25ish or so SANDWICH shops in the Bethlehem area and to me that's just. Meh. But I could see why some might love it. Just not my...

The bacon was cooked so that it as not so crispy that you felt like you were eating bacon-chips, but also not so rubbery that one bite of the sandwich would drag out all of the bacon at once. It was literally PERFECT. I've never eaten in the place, but the food...
