Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I came to this Dunkin for a simple* order and was met with a very unprofessional, poorly trained (if at all) young man who severely struggled to take my order of two coffees and two food items. I asked about the ingredients of one item, and he literally told me “I don’t know”, and then proceeded to leave an entire coffee OFF my order. Then, I had to wait an excessive amount of time for the few items I ordered, only to find out my coffee was missing. I politely let the manger know of the issue, and she proceeded to become hostile and argumentative with me and insisted I pay the $3 for a simple black coffee and wait additional time, which would not have been necessary, had my order been correct the first time. This is NOT the way to run a business, and I can see why they’re always hiring for new staff. The entire interaction was less than awful, and I definitely will not be returning to this...

I would highly suggest avoiding this location during the week. During weekends there’s a Hispanic male (I’m also Hispanic) on those days in the morning that has the place running smoothly. I believe he may be the manager. I mean great service and food quality is up to par. Unfortunately on any other day that I’ve gone that he’s not there the food is not fully cooked - which I don’t understand and will eventually cause bigger problems for the facility once someone gets sick from it. I loved coming to this location bc it’s the closest to my house but the customer service expectations go out the window if he’s not there as well as the quality of the food. Also, if the employees hate their job, it’s not the customers fault lol. The least they can do is say “you’re welcome” when someone says “thank you” instead of giving them a dirty look. We Came here for our first time because at the Dunkin by our house the cashiers get demonstrably irritated at our somewhat large order ($22).

The service here was amazing. The donuts were fresh and they had all the kinds we wanted. The hash browns were hot and crispy and fresh. The Sandwich was delicious. The time it took to get our order was perhaps the fastest at any Dunkin we’ve ever been to and we have done this twice a week for the past 3 years.

I want to say thank you to the employees for working hard. This is a special thing to us because we don’t have a lot of money. We come on my days off and my son is always so excited. I’m really happy to have a good Dunkin again even if it is a little farther to...
