I would highly suggest avoiding this location during the week. During weekends there’s a Hispanic male (I’m also Hispanic) on those days in the morning that has the place running smoothly. I believe he may be the manager. I mean great service and food quality is up to par. Unfortunately on any other day that I’ve gone that he’s not there the food is not fully cooked - which I don’t understand and will eventually cause bigger problems for the facility once someone gets sick from it. I loved coming to this location bc it’s the closest to my house but the customer service expectations go out the window if he’s not there as well as the quality of the food. Also, if the employees hate their job, it’s not the customers fault lol. The least they can do is say “you’re welcome” when someone says “thank you” instead of giving them a dirty look. It’s unacceptable to treat people poorly EVER.
