Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanover Township

When I say I cannot believe what I witnessed this morning, I really can’t. I used to come to this Dunkin drive through location every Wednesday. I would order the same thing and the same girl (long wavy hair / greenish eyes) would always take care of me. Everything was always made perfect and the order amount was always the same. A few months ago, I came as usual and she was not there and my order somehow was now almost $8 instead of my usual $6. I said something but didn’t want to argue. I had been back a few times after on Fridays instead, when she was working and everything was great.

Today I decided to go back, on a Wednesday. It was a disaster. I order my same and now the total again is completely different. I get to the window and I can tell the girl that is working is new, I mention the price but tell her it’s okay for this time. She hands me my coffee, kindly, but the bagel is missing. I can see she’s getting frantic and I assure her it’s totally ok. In the meantime her witch of a boss looks at her and goes, “well… did you already hand it to her?” Ma’am. If she did, would I still be sitting there and would be acting like this? She does NOTHING to try and help her, just watches her struggle. As they’re making my bagel I am watching the interaction. Her boss then says to her “you know.. when you’re stressed, I get stressed and it’s bad so you need to stop.” Again, not helping her with a damn thing. I was INFURIATED. I called the girl over to me and explained she should NEVER let someone speak, treat, or gaslight her that way in life. Meanwhile some other nosey employee walks over and says to me “what did you just say?” I explained it was none of his business upon this he starts yelling at me! I told them to get their act together and drive away.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Most times when I order some food there, they get my order wrong or they just throw my food in the bag with absolutely no care at all. Today, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with some hashbrowns from this location. Instead of giving me a plain bagel, they gave me an everything bagel. Plus, the sandwich was burned so badly that there was ashes on the egg and cheese. The hashbrowns were just thrown into the bag and they were completely out of the little packets they put the hashbrowns in. I seriously don't reccomend this Dunkin Donuts because the employees just don't care. If you live in the Bethlehem area, do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin Donuts in Bath, PA. They're way better for...

Very clean and great staff. But today I witnessed my food dropping on the floor from the drive-up window and the lady who was cooking rewrapped it and put it in a bag. So I yelled through the window that I witnessed it falling on the floor the manager on duty politely said that he would make me brand new sandwiches and fill my order so I waited outside patiently and he made fresh sandwiches for me and my mother so I was very happy that the manager made it all right. I'm not talking bad about this place I'm letting you know what I experienced the food was delicious and so was my hot coffee and the hot chocolate I had ordered from my mother.
