⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️RUDE SERVICE AND NASTY MOCHA'S ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ I drink decaf mocha's. Came here Friday july 4th and got a hot decaf mocha, it was good, same thing Saturday, July 5th. Now today Sunday july 6th but this time it had no coffee flavor, it just tasted like extra sweet chocolate milk, because apparently they use chocolate milk instead of white milk. I go to ask the girls working why it tastes different today. I approach the counter and they both turn their backs to me and ignore me until I say excuse me. Then I ask if it was made with coffee and the girl said no I used this and held up some jar of something i guess was Espresso then said you seen me use it, which I did not, I wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. Then I asked if it was made with chocolate milk, she said yes we make out mocha with chocolate milk. She seen that I wasn't pleased and instead of trying to blow me off she should have offered to re make my drink, instead I just left unhappy rather than try to reason with an already standoff-ish young lady! My family will not be back! I am a Mocha Condoseur, my husband and I travel alot and we are always visiting coffee shops wherever we go. Even the mocha I got from here Friday and Saturday were just ok, they tated like they were made with coffee not expresso.

Ps, when I was at the counter the second time they had already helped everyone in the restaurant, everyone was seated and I was the only one at the counter. also I have been visiting Loudonville for four years now and have gotten mocha's here before ...

What a fantastic place for coffee or a sweet treat! It's a remodeled old building done right - clean and bright while preserving lots of original charm, making it a great place to stay for a while and enjoy your purchase. I'm not a regular coffee drinker, so I usually find proper coffee shops intimidating, but they have a very helpful menu on the wall that explains exactly what's in everything! It's perfect! And the staff is very friendly and ready to answer your coffee-novice questions, too. They also offer lots of opportunities for customization with a full complement of syrup flavors on hand, including some sugar free ones - so many tasty options! It was hard to choose just one thing, but I came in because I needed something to keep me awake and alert for a long drive home, so I got an iced mocha. Wow! With two shots of espresso and all the sugar from the chocolate milk and chocolate syrup, it's like rocket fuel approved for human consumption, but the flavor was outstanding! Skip a meal and fly to the moon instead! 🤣 I enjoyed it very much, and it definitely did the job to keep me awake. I will absolutely come back here the next time...

I went to Stella’s this evening at 6:30 with my son. The ice cream we got was delicious! The service was awful! They were to close at 7:00 and at 6:30 one of the workers was already cleaning the tables and putting the chairs on top so no one could use them. This left one worker to serve the customers. There were about 10 people in line with more coming in while we waited. I work in retail and have always been taught that the customer comes first and you never start the closing process until all the customers have been taken care of. Everyone in line was upset with the poor service. We were forced to go outside to eat our ice cream, which isn’t bad, but we felt like we were pushed outside even before the store was closed. By the time the “cleaner “ started helping serve there were about 20 people waiting in line. They really need to rethink their priorities and customer service. We are local and probably will not be back...
