We ordered takeout online and made a mistake by not scheduling it for later and unknown to us, they made the food right away, starting at 2:30. I had wanted to place the order for a 6pm pickup so while out shopping, I get a call from the restaurant at 4:10 pm, so almost two hours later, asking me if I was going to pick up my large order. I mentioned that I meant to have it be for 6pm, and that I would come then as I wasn't able to go when they called. I apologized to them about the confusion, but what happened was dangerous The person on the phone told me they would tell the kitchen. I expected they would recook the food order, since the order sat for almost two hours on a regular table, not sitting heated at all. I arrived at 5:35, early, so that I could be sure to wait and grab the food as soon as it was done so we could have hot food. As soon as I walked in, they asked me my name and handed me a bag that isn't from a hot box but a folding table out in the open. I asked how long the food was sitting out since I was coming early for a six pm order, and she told me 10 minutes. I tried to feel whether the food felt hot but it was really packed so I left and put it in my hot bag When I got home about ten min later, I opened the packages and everything was not hot and a few of the items were at ROOM Temperature -this could result in food poisoning from having it sit out for that long at a low unheated temperature They gave me the food that was ordered three hours earlier and had sat out on a table. I had even tipped them so the food would be nice and hot, for a pickup order I asked to either get a refund or new food, and since they wouldn't cook me new food they gave me a refund We've gone to this place for many special occasions, so this was absolutely the most disappointing experience...

TL's Four Seasons is an absolute treasure when it comes to satisfying your cravings for vegetarian sushi and noodles. My recent visit to this restaurant left me utterly impressed and completely satisfied.

What struck me the most was their unparalleled ability to customize dishes according to my preferences. As a vegetarian with specific tastes, I'm always on the lookout for restaurants that can cater to my needs, and TL's Four Seasons exceeded all my expectations. Not only were they able to accommodate my dietary requirements, but they also went above and beyond by allowing me to personalize my sushi with specific ingredients and even fry it to perfection. The result? A culinary masterpiece that left me craving for more.

Aside from the exceptional food, the ambiance of TL's Four Seasons is also worth mentioning. The cozy yet elegant decor, coupled with the soft lighting, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Whether I was enjoying a romantic dinner with my wife or catching up with friends, the restaurant provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience.

In conclusion, my time at TL's Four Seasons was nothing short of extraordinary. From the outstanding vegetarian sushi and noodles to the warm and welcoming ambiance, every aspect of my visit surpassed my expectations. If you're a fan of delicious food and impeccable service, I highly recommend paying a visit to TL's Four Seasons. Trust me, you won't be...

I have been seeing this place here for as long as I can remember and it's always been on my list to try. Yesterday we finally had the chance and OH MY God, what a total waste of $60+. First off, the atmosphere inside is bland and basic. Looks like a Chinese Dennys. I ordered a coke, and it was so watered down, it didn't even taste like coke. For apps we ordered the dumplings which were swimming in soy sauce. They were whatever. We also got the crab Rangoon, it was delicious but you can tell they get em pre made and just fry them. For dinner we ordered two of the signature rolls.. Chicago Fire and the Triple KC. I wish I had taken a pic of these when they came out. For being signature rolls, these were SO TINY. Like, comically small portions. And the sushi itself.... Idk how to describe it other than this looked like someone who has never seen or tasted sushi before, just heard of it for the first time, and attempted to make it. I've had my fair share of sushi and I can tell you, whatever I ate last night, was not sushi. I see a lot of reviews here praising their food, specifically sushi... Idk where yall been eating, but I'd rather get Chinese at Panda Express than here.

If you've ever had even mediocre Chinese food or sushi, just skip this place. It's not for you....

Cute little spot that we decided to try out. I like the fish light fixtures they have, the whole place was pretty clean and organized. Good atmosphere, service was friendly and on point. We ordered the calamari for appetizer, it was decent. Then I had the Chongqing noodle soup, it was a lot bigger than I thought, the flavor was great, but it would be perfect if it was spicier. Sushi & sashimi combination was just ok, I I asked server if they could skip white fish since I’m not a big fan, but the chef refused to make any changes to fish selections. The combo came with 2pcs of salmon sashimi but surprisingly they were cut so unevenly and the texture was off, nigiris were falling apart as soon as we picked up. I think we’ll skip sushi items if we decided to come back.

This freshly remodeled gem in dt Bartlett is now on my GoTo list. Fantastic menu of traditional and creative Asian dishes, including sushi. I started at the top of the menu with the Kung Pao Chix. You get all the classic lunch extras with egg drop soup, rice, and spring roll. Excellent flavor, but the cooking temperature of the food could’ve been a bit hotter. It was lunch and I think they were serving fast. No harm! Still fantastic; wonderfully seasoned and not overly sauced. Quick note on the decor. I don’t know what it look like before but it now has a cozy and creative vibe. Good pairing with a very diverse menu. I hope this kind of update inspires the rest of the area to step up!👏🏼

My partner and I really like TL's and its sister restaurant, 8,000 Miles. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that they offer tofu as a protein because not all Chinese or Asian restaurants do. Additionally, TL's offers both Chinese and Japanese cuisine in generous portions. My favorites include the Kung Pao Tofu and the Wide Noodles with Tofu. Each entree is served with a miso or egg drop soup, but there are also other, heartier soups on the menu along side a variety of typical Asian appetizers. I particularly enjoy the atmosphere and decor. Definitely give TL's Four Seasons a try if you're in the mood for authentic Chinese and Japanese cuisine.
