Consistently disappointed in the Saturday service, especially regarding the lack of concern regarding food allergies. During the week, this is typically not an issue, but Saturdays are always an issue. Employees not noting the food allergies regardless of how much I ask them to double check, and then upon receiving my order when I see that the allergies have not been red flagged on the receipt and I mention it none of the employees that I have encountered on a Saturday know how to handle or solve it. They seem dismissive, put out, and act like I'm trying to get free food. Cross contamination is a concern and if the kitchen does not know to follow their allergy protocol because it is not noted on the order, it is likely to happen. Does this restaurant want to send a child to the ER? They do not take food allergies seriously at all. I actually question whether or not the staff (aside from the kitchen) even knows what cross contamination is with the way that it is handled. Sadly, this is not a one-off, it happens more often than not. If there was a place on the app to put the food allergies in myself, I would, but there is not, so I am left to rely on the staff who 1. doesn't listen/know how to red flag the allergies 2. doesn't care to do it right and is dismissive 3. has zero understanding of how to make a mistake right with a customer (it's really not that hard, apologize, red flag a new item and have the kitchen remake it). To me, this seems like a training/management issue. Something is missing for these employees unless they have, in fact, been trained and just don't care. We really like Chick-Fil-A, but I don't know how we can continue to go to this location knowing that they do not take food allergies seriously. It's just not worth it. Note: During the week, I have not had this issue. It seems to be specific...
Read moreA couple of weeks ago, I went to Chick-fil-A for a quick meal, but unfortunately, my visit turned into a very unsettling experience. While parked in the lot, a car full of illegal immigrants crashed into my car and then sped off without stopping. It was extremely distressing, especially considering the damage done to my vehicle. What made the situation worse was the lack of support from the employees. Not only did no one come outside to check on me, but when I approached them for assistance, I was met with indifference. I understand that accidents happen, but the lack of help or concern from the staff was disappointing and left me feeling unheard. I had hoped for at least a bit of empathy or an offer to assist with contacting authorities, but none was offered. I hope the management can address this issue and ensure that employees are better trained to handle situations like this in the future. For now, I’ll have to think twice before visiting this...
Read moreAs you can tell by my rewards account I enjoy a decent amount of Chik fil A . This is the absolute first time I can say I received bad service with intent! I asked for an empty salad container so I could enjoy the meal I purchased without making a mess. My server told me "no", and I kindly mentioned I have been to CFA from California to NY and I have never been denied that, surely you don't want to be known as the CFA that denies service. To which she replied "actually I kind of do" the manager overheard my disappointment and asked if he could help. I told him my experience and he doubled down and said "that is not something that CFA does" and although I do understand some chain restaurants do have different guidelines, I felt my request was minuscule, and for the sake of the great reputation for service you typically stand on I was utterly surprised these were the results. I will remain a customer however I will NEVER...
