Ordered a dozen donuts and a Large hot Cappuccino with 3 Caramel and Whole milk. I received two half-half dozen boxes and neither were sealed closed (which is fine, I’ll do the work for you I guess). The cappuccino was MARKED for 1 caramel and there wasn’t even a drop of caramel in it. I watched the barista pour the milk into the cup and proceed to not stir the beverage. So you bet I’m going to open that cup up and stir that myself right in front of you using (wasting) a straw in the process; again, doing the work for you. POV: I used to work for Dunkins on-and-off for 10 years and therefore am a little critical about how products are served to the customers; I believe every customer should be served and treated as if they tipped over $1 (I tipped about $2.50 this visit) You bet if I happen to come back I won’t be tipping a penny and that’s a shame because other crew members will be affected by that current crews‘ short-comings. Read moreService is always very good. Everyone's always very pleasant and everything. The food's getting a two and overall a two because I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced tea. My sandwich was ready before the iced tea was poured. This is the second time this has happened to me. What's probably going on is they keep the food in the warmer now. They make it ahead of time and have it ready to go because they're busy. They have a drive-thru and everything so forth. The problem is the food's not as hot as it used to be. I like my breakfast sandwiches hot and if I have to let them cool a little I let them cool. I don't like them being served to me. Cooled. The manager on duty was very nice as was the young man on drive thru in the Dunking outfit but the rest of the staff should be fired or at minimum not allowed to work the same shift. It was very obvious they had no respect for the manager on duty. They were very loud having a personal conversation over at the food prep area. Maybe if they were focused on their jobs & not talking my order would have been correct. I asked for a donut & ordered a bagel toasted medium with butter on both sides.
