Ramunto's — Restaurant in Hanover

I love Ramunto's at least the one in Claremont NH. This one in Hanover NH on the other hand is outrageously horrible and I would tell anyone NOT to go there!!! I ordered a italian hero. On the menu it describes it having salami, mortadella, capricolla, provolone , lettuce, tomato oil and vinegar. When I gave them my order I asked for no oil and vinegar but xtra pesto mayonnaise. I also asked for pickles, banana peppers, and caramelized onions. First off there was more bread than anything. Second when I opened the box it came in it smelled like rancid meat....which it was. There was no salami capricolla or mortadella. I'm sorry there was one skimpy piece of mortadella on one piece of sandwich. Instead there was rancid ham. Very little pesto mayo. However there was the xtra veggies I asked for. Well very very little bits of the xtras. The closing time for sunday( which it is) is 10pm. It is now 9:21 so I figured ok I can call and let them know that my sandwich is not good. I had planned on being nice about it and just asking if I could bring it back to them so they knew I was telling them the truth. They are only 10 mins from where I am so I figured I had plenty of time. Given the hour I wasnt going to ask for anything but I also didnt want to pay for my sandwich. They would not answer the phone. I called 10 times the last time letting the phone ring until 9:45 no answer. I am outraged and feel this place should be checked by the board of health. Why no answer? Ur still open for over 30 more minutes. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with this place but never because of rotten food. So angry!!!! I only gave them 1 star because I had to give something to be able to...

So I've been here many times and unfortunately last week I was very disappointed.

Their foosball machine ate our quarters. We asked if they could fix it, and said no, we told them we had already put the quarters in and we were told "sorry". no refund, no nothing. And I know it was only like $1.50, but the attitude is what really bothered me. We were polite when asking for help, and explaining the situation. Even worse, this had happened once before and one of the gentlemen in the back fixed it, that time they were very kind. We saw him there on this night and stated he had fixed it for us in the past and we were told with attitude "he's to busy to fix it".

I give them stars in their pizza is good.

HOWEVER, we ordered the cinnamon knots and it tasted like garlic knots that they put butter and cinnamon on, not good. This is truly a shame because we like to have our employee gatherings here. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hoping that it's just a staffing issue. I know we all have bad days, but it's no way to...

Ramuntos, I stopped in and ordered a sandwich to go today. I had a beer while I waited, 15 mins later I am told that the sandwich was made with white bread instead of the wheat I had ordered, I immediately said no problem ill take it... but they had thrown it out entirely so it had to be remade. The bar tender was nice enough to offer me a free beer while I waited another 15 minutes which is why this review gets 2 stars instead of one. The sandwich was a Hot Roast Beef & Garlic Hero, when I opened the sandwich at home I found a sandwich with no mozzarella, and EQUAL parts garlic and beef. Dont get me wrong i like garlic, but there was a ton of garlic on the top and bottom piece of bread AND garlic smeared between EACH of the slices of beef. I scraped off ~3 tablespoons of minced garlic and attempted to eat it, it was still like eating straight garlic, awful! I should have known from the annoyed face of the girl who handed me (made?) my sandwich, maybe she was having a bad day and took it...
